Why did Applegren fall off the map so quick compared to the long careers Waldner and Persson had? Applegren at his peak was such an incredible TT player.
Appelgren had injuries throughout his career and his mid distance looping was too demanding and less efficient compared to Waldner's or even Persson's game.
Those 90's Tables and 38mm balls, how cool is that?
