Just cleared today as well, 36 stars. Honestly, I'd been mostly using Ruan Mei with Dr Ratio so far, but today I used Tingyun instead (Despite running him in a Topaz setup where RM is usually more valuable), and it's so much better when you can cycle his ult faster
Nice video, one thing I recommend you change for more damage I guess is using Pela ult instantly as soon as you have the energy, I know the reasoning is because if she gets hit with full energy she doesnt get the energy, but because you are using the defense reduction light cone that only lasts one turn, I think it's better sometimes to wait until after the enemy has moved like in 3:52 he lost a defense shred debuff right after his turn. If you waited until his turn ended he would have still have both defense break debuffs. Might improve your damage a bit in some cases.

Is it even possible to clear the deer without jingliu at this point... every time I see it in moc I just give up clearing bc I don't have her
