A light summer salad that will surprise your guests 🥗

Hello, dear subscribers👋 Today I want to share with you an original salad with red cabbage, potatoes, tuna and sweet tomatoes. Delicious, simple and very quick to prepare. Surprise your guests with a new summer salad.
Ingredients:
10 small potatoes already cooked (400 g) 🥔
1 shallot 🧅
Cherry tomatoes (400 g) 🍅
1 handful of red cabbage
1 can of tuna (190 g)
1 cottage cheese (150 g)
1 C. teaspoon of whole-grain mustard
5 tbsp. soup. tablespoon of olive oil
1 C. tbsp balsamic vinegar
