on the bright side, mike got just about the biggest dayz streamer plug he could have ever asked for. that was a fun little run, even with the low pop server.
If we ever go to war again and we all get drafted. I hope I'm not put in the same trench as the runningmanz.

@@zSN1PEDz Not ever playing vs playing PUBG, DayZ, etc. would still make a HUGE difference. Not compared to real military training though. But you get my point. Leading bullets helps with paintball for example and I got some pretty good shots on my friends when I flanked them quickly, finishing one round 1vs3. In real situation I wouldnt be so "brave" but still worked :D I had way more "game" sense than other first timers playing, better positioning too.
@@eamh2002certainly do have a point, I spent 7 years in the infantry (left now) and there’s some transferable skills for sure.
The things you don’t feel playing a game is
•the cold/heat
•tiredness/fatigue
•injuries
•actual marksmanship
•fear of death
But in terms of situational awareness and close combat tactics, yeah sure they would be implemented in some fashion, flanking manoeuvres, concept of suppressive fire, observation and recce ect..
It’s just in Open world video games like this, typically you are moving in small groups, which in the military, British military anyway that just doesn’t happen . You’d not leave the gates any less than say a platoon size, at the very least. Typically would be company sized operations depending on what the task at hand is.
Just follow the smells of lamb pitas and you'll find his trench. 😂

ive always loved how for years you need to aim like a foot above the zombies head with jelee to head shot. i know the characters arm actually lines up like that but its always still looked funny too me.

Do you think guys, that devs will , after Frostline release, add some points of interest to these currently desolate island? Not saying it has to be top tier stuff, but some small military base, crashed heli or beached military ship would make those places 100x more interesting and worth travelling to.

After it releases, no. Most likely the dev's will go dark for 3-6 months , much like they did after Livonia came out. Unless there's some game breaking bug, once 1.26 and Sahkhal are out. We wont likely hear from them for a while. $$$ Xmas, $$$ etc. I'm willing to bet, we will also see the game being taken off game pass somewhere between Jan/ March. So anyone that pics up Frostline will then need to fork out again for the base game.
I wonder if stuff is already there, it's been confirmed this isn't the release version of the map. They're playing an earlier build
@@bryansenalik2551 Namask has some military bases, crashed planes, heli crashes and a raised submarine on some of its ice shelves. Hopefully some dynamic loot like that will spawn in. Helicopter crashes sound like a good bet.
The devs have mentioned this is not the finished map but a pre-release version for content creators, so its likely several changes have already been made behind closed doors

The islands are pretty good sometimes since its near where you spawn you can get the military loot there and die when you come back and easily get the loot. Also last time I went there I found a DMR with a full 20rnd and an M4 with a full 40rnd in one container
