Ive heard that the sonar sound from the transmitter is anoying, even set at the lowest settings. Garmin reply`s thats how its supposed to be, and that you can adress this by going to the lowest settings and also use a small extender hose, but both dosent do much, a user states (User is: Divers Ready). Do you have the same experience? Also if you have any apps on, like gps, the batterytime is greatly reduced, so can be a bit dangerous to dive because you have to remember to switch all apps of between/before diving, so you dont run out of power before the end/or start of a dive. Also due to the sonar, its adviced in the manual to have the transmitter on the same side as your watch. Any thougts on these matters?
Great👍 more videos on the mk2i 😀
Used in Socrro MX livaboard. And cpl dives in Cabo Pulmo. Performed flawlessly. Only with my transmitter had shown up to try out.
