Great info! I've become quite fond of using older mid-tower pc cases for my builds. They already have good air flow and enough space for most of the components.

BTW, "DPDT" stands for Double Pole ... not Double Position. As you correctly suggest, it means it operates two isolated/separate circuits.

    Great info!
Is this circuit breaker 240/400V good to use on NA 115V grid?
    Thanks.

I liked all the specialized components. One can also use a regular light switch to turn the box on and off, cheaper than that flip switch one.

Great timing. I am currently in the process of putting a control box together for my 6040. Bought the aviation connectors but I am on doubt wether to use them or not. The male part of the connector seems a bit hard to solder. Might cause more harm than good to use them. Dont think i will diconnect the motors to often. Have searched the tube for that but can only finds videos of the long conncetor (female connector?) which is easy to solder. You said u used them in the past. If you have any videos were you solder the male connector. I would be super happy if you could put a link that one. As it feels right now I am actully leaning against using the cable relief grip cable gland.

Negative. High speed ethernet. Very dependable connection.
