Cities skylines needs an apocalypse DLC where you get access to nuclear bunkers, can institute city policy to build shelter or have an active civil defense, and a silo of your own, along with a bonus disaster of a nuclear strike which can happen if you build enough silos, and even a special toggle for each map to have an apocalyptic skin with various structures, level 1 being scrap huts and tents, level 2 being mud huts, and log huts, level 3 being bricks mason and even iron. And you get skins of roads, first a dirt road then a cobblestone road, then brick road, and skins for leather and cloth clad citizens.
