My son (nr 47) snapped his spoke when cresting the hill for the last time. His wheel was rubbing the frame slowed him right down for the last 200 m or so 🙄
@@RichardSearle-vc6ql the lad who came second? I was chatting to him at the end, he was gutted as you would expect. Very unlucky, but I'm sure he'll have future winning opportunities 👍
Hiya, n.8 here. Getting caught by you guys "saved" my race pretty much as I was about to DNF but I had something to sort of ride for then!

Yes, he came second...he is hoping to get to Cat 2 this year, 8 points needed now 👍
