As a non once stan, everytime I see twice perform they put ALL their energy into their perfromances and choreo !!! Even on the rehersals which most groups dont put all their energy into it. Twice are amazing,no wonder why they are among the TOP gg !!

I think DTNA is the most hard dance for them that's why they immediately get so tired and they do both dancing and singing who person can't be tired like them especially if the choreo. are quite hard for them and they're human too they can be tired too and they gives all of their energy and passion to their performance even if its live or not

트와이스 멤버들이 지금 이렇게 수많은 사람들 앞에서 무대를 서는 날이 그렇게 길지 않다는 걸 잘 알고 있는 것 같네요. 언젠가는 오르지 못할 무대고, 그런 유한성이 있기에 지금 무대 하나하나가 소중하고 최선을 다해야한다는 걸 아니까 저렇게 열심히 하는 것 같아서 자극받고 가네요.

우리나라 아이돌들의 춤은 엄청난 체력을 요구하는 댄스들이 많은데 그것을 다 소화하면서 완벽한 라이브를 해내는것을 보면 정말 대단해 보이네여.
바쁜 일정탓에 체력이 딸리다 보니 가끔 라이브를 안할때도 있는데 ....그럼 욕을 엄청 해대는 사람들......ㅜ.ㅜ
(그런 분들께 노래하면서 춤추는걸 한번 해보시길 권함....)

I don't call 1 week a vacation they need more than 1 month atleast they've been working 3 years constantly without rest and with the hectic schedule and they've had 4 coomback without including other 4 Japanese comebacks . And the music awards and their world tour . I mean who wants to live like that they're not machines they're humans they need to rest . But sadly jyp see them and a money machine .

Dtna moves are so close to each other that there's no part to member for rest. I respect them. They give their power to all of their performance.
나도 1분만 달리기해도 힘든데 굽신고 짧은옷입고 몇분동안 춤추면서 노래하기 진짜 힘들듯... 게다가 다이어트도 하면 컨디션도 말이 아닐텐데 잠도 제대로 못잘때도 있을거고...대단하다 다들
That choreo is one hell of a workout.. Should always be last or followed by a break for these ladies..
Twice the best
What people fail to see is that even though some (or most for some) of Twice’s choreos are easy to learn you can’t be lazy in executing them. Their songs are happy and cheerful so the moves should reflect that too unlike other groups who can act like chilling is part of their swag. Hence, why Twice always have to be consistent with the energy level of all of their performances because they have to exude excitement. So I really don’t get why people are criticizing on how easy their choreos are. Yes, it is not the most detailed but the energy level needed to perform their songs should be off the roof or else their whole performance would be affected.

just like they said in one interview, DTNA's choreo was the most tiring in all their songs, they have more steps and moving all around non-stop and combine it with singing, but they still give their all and best until the very end, keep fighting TWICE!!

Everyone who said that DTNA is easy are fools. DTNA has a lot of movements and changes in formations which makes the song harder from twice's other songs.

This is one of the reasons for the idols that leads them to make a decision that that decision is to do many exercises to gain much more resistance and one of these exercises can be running for so long or exercising in addition to gaining more endurance and strength also improve your physical appearance that is one reason why most not all but the vast majority do this type of training
DTNA & YOY takes too much energy, they have to sing & dance for 2 to 3 hrs this coming concert, with Japanese songs and probably some special stages, imagine the mental & physical stress their going through this period. You just gotto love them more.

I learned this dance a couple years ago and its really hard. me and my friends chose to learn this dance because "twice dances are easy" but this one is deceptively hard. the dance moves themselves arent too hard to get, but its REALLY fast-paced and even by the first chorus you get tired. by the end you're usually exhausted and gasping a bit. props to twice for dancing this choreo so well, staying in sync, and keeping their energy up.

The choreography for DTNA is really tiring. It needs alot of energy. Plus they have 9 members which make it more harder to be at correct position all the time. The only easy part is during the beginning, where nayeon singing "u n me in the moonlight" 😂
No nayeons part at the start is hard because you have to quickly get to your spot before getting down and sitting and kneel and get up and jump straight after at Sanas ending part.
The choreography of DTNA is hard and tiring people who says it's easy can't do it as TWICE do try to dance it while singing. And Jihyo said that they only have Dahyun's part where they can rest for a bit.

Yes, the dance isn't that hard but that song is supposed to be fun, refreshing, and bery energetic. So despite it not being difficult they have to work twice as hard to make sure the basic moves are super energetic and that's harder than it looks...... AND they're singing while also trying to look perfect at all times. So for everyone saying "its not that hard" yeah, okay, but consider everything else.
