I'm a dancer and I teach the newbie but twice's yes or yes was the longest song for me to know the choreography perfectly u it looks easy but to dance with the perfect point nayeon part and dahyun rap part was the hardest to dance but after a 2 days I was able to dance it perfectly but I felt dispoint then my friend tell that yes or yes dance was hard then I realized how really twice work hard the dance only is hard and make u out of the breath what about singing in the same time for that don't ever judge twice Mr removers even if they didn't sing well just try it and even tho the dance is hard the sing perfectly Now u can see that twice are angel's not humans
I know JYP is promoting maturity on Twice but it doesnt mean that they have to wear short skirt. I noticed Mina that she isnt comfortable with her dress, she keep pulling it down. Its hard to dance in that kind outfit but she was able to pull it out, she managed to sync even she is anxious. MINA!!! Congrats Twice!!

The choreography is not hard at all but the amount of energy needed is very much so I bet they got exhausted. I would've just fainted if I was them too exhausting

Yeah, I think that's the key. While the moves themselves may not be the most technically difficult, the energy and concentration required to pull them off while staying in sync and flowing from one formation to the next, all while singing and smiling? Mad props to the girls!

Her left leg was damaged in a car accident that is why she can't strain it for too long or it starts to give in. Probably because of this she can't do a lot of cardio to increase her stamina. That is why she is the idol I respect the most. Being so tired and out of breath and still managing to sing and dance without showing it is amazing.
