@@pinwheel1212 you make no sense Wouldn't you want to know how it tested shooting at a brick? There's broadheads that explode and some that stay perfectly intact Which one would you pick?
@@greekmaster1001 You think I make no sense because you've bought into the marketing and hype, nothing more . Fact is, animals are not made of brick, cinder blocks, steel, etc. Realistically we could kill them with sharpened plastic heads as long as we double lunged them. We could pay $4.99 for 3 but manufacturers don't want to hear that so hype the durability of the steel and titanium to help justify their price tags.. Guys like Lusk bring in views due to the sensationalism of destroying heads, that's how he makes his money from youtube. If everyone focused on the importance of shot placement we wouldn't be discussing durability, because you only need durability on marginal shots while hitting heavy bone. If you hit double lung and out into the ground every time it wouldn't matter and the $4.99 heads would be fine, right? It's all about perspective.
I have never had one of my NAP spitfires rust or dull and they're steel blades.. of course when I hit a shoulder it doesnt obliterate in to a million pieces so maybe I'm missing out.
NAP Spitfires are all I have been using for the last 5-10 years. Don't recall a deer ever surviving one. I have had some issues with the blades not opening up as easily- but can probably be prevented with care. Had bad luck in my early days with fixed broadheads- but may give these a try.

I’m not seeing how these out penetrate a single beveled head. Also, if these are stronger than tool steels, I’d be curious to know what the Rockwell hardness scores at.
Strength and hardness are 2 completely different metrics. Yes, does hardness play into toughness/strength however as a steel becomes harder to retain an edge better it will begin to decrease in strength and become more brittle. A single bevel head penetrates better because it's a 2 blade. You are forcing a smaller object though an animal. The question for the average modern hunter is how much penetration is needed. Dissipating force into the ground or the air isn't adding lethality. In my opinion, each shooter should be trying to maximize the cut size while still most likely obtaining a pass through.
@@chrismuhlbeier6948 yup, not sure why compound guys are so worried about penetration all of a sudden. 90% of setups and shots with a well tuned fixed blade are blowing through an animal regardless of 2 blade, 3 blade, or 4 blade. Doesn’t matter if it’s 12 inches in the dirt or 6 inches.
@@michaelcancilla9539 I think the "all of a sudden" part came since there was a majority wave that went to expandable and replaceable blades for so long. Getting busted by a shiny broadhead now that’s a good one! Come on man ! Did the deer tell you he seen it from 100 yards away !
I'm a believer in "the sharper the better." Nothing cuts better than being razor sharp
Seen a picture of it last fall and have been waiting to see the release. Looks like a solid product like usual from you guys!
I love those black eagle carnivores. Ran em for a few years. Got some deep impacts this year to try out. They are heavy heavy
In testing" none of the blades got bent, obviously the blades got nicked up and bent" lol
Can’t wait to get a set!!
Looks interesting, would be fun to try!
Lusk will really put these through the ringer and the flaws will be shown but yet maybe they will hold out. Only time will tell.
Innovation is key. I will buy some if the price is right. Good luck with your new broadheads.
Get these to John Lusk!!!
Dude im still pumped about the new hand climber!!
these look amazing
Looks like I'll be trying these in September for bear and deer
Love to see it LWCG!

“Blade over shaft technology”Incorporate that into the 125gr design.
Get 150s for my recurve. I been a LW guy since early 2000. Love the. .5 stand 💥
