    It is in Africa, more precisely in Somalia, that the largest Turkic military base outside the country is located. Ankara has also established a strong presence in the seaport of the capital, Mogadishu, to maintain its military power in key areas of the Red Sea and Indian Ocean. Türkiye's humanitarian support during a devastating famine in the country in 2011 is also notable.

    I liken the TB-2 to the Ak-47 of drones, easy to operate, cheap and reliable. It's going to sell like candies in the coming decades. Some say that it only worked well in the first months of the Ukraine war, but you don't know how much difference that first acclimation to the drone means. It makes a huge difference for the coming course of war. Also they continue to do recon work for Ukraine, just more silently.

      tb2 is the best weapon in the world. It can't be shot, it can't get tired, it never gives up. The war between Ukraine and Russia is the problem here, there is a huge Russia in front of you. It is not possible for us to send thousands of TB2 ammunition to Turkey every week. Of course, the situation was different in the wars of azerbaijan and libya. In this case, the Turkey-Russia war may begin.

    • @simpledude5974
      @simpledude5974 Рік тому

      @ramosabo8448 no. The Ukrainians are just amateur and have no clue on operation.
      Russia thinks shooting down a few down-graded tb2s with amateur pilots is a success. But if we see in other conflicts, the tb2 eliminated every Russian junk like an ant getting squashed.
      Next we will see nato and western weapons getting turned into the same scrap metal.

      Russian airforce is more than 10 times larger than Ukranian airforce, what do people expect TB-2s to do really, shoot down Russian jets?? It is just another proof how good they are if they could still hurt russian army so much despite their superior numbers..

    What you missed here is Anka, Aksungur and Anka 3 made by TAI which is the company develops 5th gen fighter jet of Turkey.
    Anka 3 also stealth jet drone in development phase similar to Kizilelma. It will be much more stealthier than Kizilelma and it will be used for air to ground missions without detected.
    Also Saudis have been operating Turkish drone Karayel made by Lentatek. Karayel is on the same class with TB2.
    Anka is above TB2. And Aksungur is above Anka and similar to Israeli Heron.

    It is very difficult to hit with a normal air defense system when traveling at an altitude of 45 feet. When you fire a defense system like the S400, the missile is more expensive than the aircraft. Moreover, it can hit air defense systems with missiles from a distance of 120 km and fire missiles traveling at 6 to 7 times the speed of sound.

    Turkiye owes its incredible success to the development of its weapon industry to the USA.
    The USA enforced sanctions, and embargo against Turkiye, and at the same time armed terrorist PYD/PKK against Turkiye.
    The USA sanctions against Turkiye are as strict as the USA sanctions against North Korea.
    Turkiye did NOT have any other choice but to develop its weapon industry to protect itself.
    Every Western country gave arms to Ukraine, and only Turkiye opened factories to build weapons in Ukraine. Some of the drones Ukraine uses are manufactured in Ukraine now.
    Strangely enough, Turkiye is a member of NATO, and American and Turkish forces do joint training.

    Just the correct information you mentioned, TB2 was first known About three years before Azerbaijan, then it was really known in Libya as it liberated half of the territory about two years even before Azerbaijan.
    As for the Russian that they found a way to knock it down that was never confirmed but it was America that stoped Ukrain from buying it and using it, for multiple of political and strategical reasons, it takes long time to explain it

    There is no decent, advanced or state of art defence equipment against Turkish drones. How many Turkish crashed drone photos had been shown in the news during all these wars participated by them. They are the pioneers of the new era wars. In Turkey also unmanned ground and sea vessels had been under serial production. Turks are concentrated on unmanned air, ground and sea vehicels integrated operational and tachtical behaviour in campaings and battles. There is no other nation having such research. Turks are on the edge of achieving robotik military forces. This is far beyond the discussion for ratio of domestic equipment and materyal used and makes this discussion useless. Futher whenever a nation received Turkish military forces support consisting of even only technological equipment and technical asistance, never failed.

    Syria is what put Turkish aerospace on the map. Watching Bayraktar take out modern Syrian air defense raised a lot of eyebrows. Now, lets not get carried away. Russians quickly cleansed the skies of all Turkish drones Ukraine had and it wasn't really all that difficult. Top tier nations' air defense can handle any Turkish drone. However, for 2nd or 3rd tier opponents, these drones have an excellent price/performance ratio, and who knows in another decade, the Turks may be able to compete with Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and BAE.

      To be fair Ukraine only had a handful of these drones.
      These drones are made to be shot down, what makes them successful is blowing up billions of dollars worth of equipment before being shot down. Which Ukraine's Bayraktar drones did.
      Ukraine simply didn't have many of them.
      Either way that drone is outdated. It's 2 perhaps 3 generations behind what that company is currently putting out.

    • @paradasea2082
      @paradasea2082 Рік тому +3

      For these drones to be useful in a war you need many of them, while ukraine only had few, and they were really successful in first weeks. While iran is constantly supplying Russia with shahed and as we can see they are really useful low budget drones.You can even use couple of them to take down anti-air systems like s300 and s400s with overwhelming them as we seen in ukraine.They are disposible and with supply they are really useful.

    • @erennartgun7240
      @erennartgun7240 Рік тому +10

      Actually Russia could not clear the aerospace that much quickly. Because of Bayraktar Drones Russia suffered to many loses of their military vehicles. I think that is why Ukrainians wrote an sing for Bayraktar TB2. And by the way with Turkish jammers TB2 drones hit Pantsir air defence systems at Armenia and Syria. Nowadays War is so complicated, you need to brought all needed equipments to battle, otherwise you are gonna have heavy loses, easyly. Jammers are very important for winning battles, Türkiye's electronic warfare systems is at very high level. And like you said before we will improve much farder. Salute

    • @darkprofile
      @darkprofile Рік тому

      Turkey has 10-20 times bigger drone fleet than Ukraine and better electronic warfare systems.
      So in a war Russian airdefence will be cleansed before they clean their skies.
      Turkey didn't sell Ukraine Koral electronic warfare system which blind all Russian radars to make drones operational.
      Top tier nations make top tier electronic warfare. All SAM systems needs operational radars to identify and hit the targets.
      Turkish drones are combat tested in real high electronic warfare enviroment in Syria and Karabagh.
      But most of top tier nation's air defence systems didn't combat tested in high electronic warfare conditions.

One of the three different models of Akıncı UAV uses a domestic engine. Turkey's domestically produced cruise missiles such as Atmaca, Çakır, and SOM use Turkish-produced domestic jet engines.
