I had to buy the Snap-On S6152 crows foot. Worked awesome. Tried plumbers wrench and everything else under the sun and snap on 1 1/16 crows foot made short work of removal.

New part arrived yesterday damaged, waiting on new part to come in Monday, I will update you. These commonly fail on these 6.5s, so much so that they sell a bypass kit for them. @michaelmounts1269

@@DRIVENBYFAITHGARAGE i installed the leroy diesel relay kit…but upgraded to a much larger lift pump…draws an extra 1 amp over stock-is the bypass you mentioned completely bypasses switch…or does it shift to relay after initial start…

@@michaelmounts1269 I haven't looked into the bypass, I was just cruising some forums and saw them mentioned a few times, the ops harness is prone to chaffing as well so do a visual inspection on that if you're in there.

Hey so new sensor came in and the threaded portion is to large, I'm going through it with this sensor, so my connector is 1 pin with a small thread, the sensors available for these engines are either large thread and 1 pin connector part # d1818a or 3 pin connector with small thread size part # d1808a, neither are a match to mine, I'm going to run upto napa and get one of their 3 pin ones and try it.... @ michaelmounts1269
