I got my whole maintenance shop watching your videos. Its basically part of the new hire process for less experienced big dawgs coming into the game.
Right on! Thank you so much for watching!
You just proved how crucial it is to test after a repair. What I do when im down there finished with an unclog with a trap undone is take off a supply line and blast the drain line in the wall just to pressure wash it basically. love these satisfying jobs. & man i cant stand it when residents have endless junk under the sink!
So true! Good to hear from you, Oliver!
Shouldn't the tenants remove all of their crap from inside the sink cabinet so that the tech can work on the issue?
Been missing the videos Big Dawg! Glad you’re back!!
Thank you so much for watching!
🎉 nice one - I have a double jointed needle nose that gets me an extra inch or two - from HF I think

Thank you so much for watching!
It always amazes me on what goes down a drain. I've pulled t-shirts out of toilet drains. Just the other day I had a toilet clogged with a piece of hard plastic that was bigger than the drain hole. Befuddles me on how things like that happens.
For this drain, I would have used my shop vac to pull all that gunk out. Good to see you back.
Thank you so much for watching!
mid and post concerts are the worse. go to whizz? all toilets stopped up and overflowing, same for urinals/whizz troughs.
then have some dunce kick a stall door into you? been there done that on both sides of the game.
once an idiot kicked the stall door open into me... when I turned around and started to step out, the little turd yelled sorry x10 and his three friends scrambled to get away from the crowded restroom.. I never said a word, nor had any offensive motion, but it must have been a super crazy killer look or something? then again, I was kind of beefy looking back then?
or maybe because I turned around with big willie still hanging out?
Silent Mentor you are back!!!
Good to hear from you, Shawn!
Heck Yeah back in action skid have a great weekend be safe 😎👍
Thank you so much for watching!
I thought you were calling hair “cabbage” but you said cappage 😂. Solid pov btw
👍😆👍 Thank you so much for watching!
Sometimes a retriever claw tool will work for getting things out of the sink trap.
Thank you so much for watching!
It's been Monthssssss, Love the content man. Do you have anymore unposted hvac videos?
Not yet. HVAC will be coming though.
Glad to see you are back
Thank you so much for watching!
@@LexVance -- its nice to see someone else doing maintenance videos for a change 😆.
Right on! 👍😆👍
Thank you for the video. Have you used the ridgid flex drain machine that uses a chain to clean the drain? Enjoy your weekend!
I'll check that out! Thank you so much for watching!

Thank you so much for watching!
Bro where the hell have you've been? Miss you brother
I'm waiting patiently for the answer too 😀
@@realSamAndrew he said in the video that they hired 2 new guys & he had to let them take the work orders the past few months to get familiar with things & make sure they can handle it. Now that they are good to go he will start doing some more work orders & make videos 🛠️👍
Been letting the new guys get the action for a while to learn the property.
@@ApartmentMaintenanceyeah I hadn't had time to watch before posting that comment. Thanks for the heads up!
@@realSamAndrew No worries bro
Why do you wear gloves they say? I get asked that too sometimes. I don’t know why it’s not common sense to some people lol 😆 welcome back 😊
👍😆👍 Thank you so much for watching!
You need to leave multi family and start a handyman business. Stop giving your skills to a corporation that will fire you on a dime. Been there. Step up and take the chance. You will propser big time.
Thank you so much for watching!
Never fails. residents always pile a bunch of junk under the sink and never move anything
👍😆👍 Thank you so much for watching!
What’s a guy that’s has 13 yrs experience cpo HVAC epa and CAMT certified go for in your neck of the woods I’m in Tampa fl
$23 to $28 depending on the company.
I wish i was given young guys to train instead of old guys that are set in their ways and barely move.
Thank you so much for watching!
WTF.... you vanished(kind of) and they got a bottle cap down the drain, not sure it would fit past the pop-up. so they already had it pulled( probably ralphing in the sink) LOL 🤪
pulled stopper to let the chunks go down and whilst talking ralph bottle caps went down. because never-mind the near endless water source in front of their face ( sink faucet) LOL
👍😆👍 Good to hear from you, bottle!
I used to bare hand that kind of snot always, but the again the gloves available in the 1990's were trash, they'd break before you touched anything and the ones now days are not much better.
the ones that kind of hold up, still rip apart trying to do any work beyond "picking your nose". some tear trying to put them on! I am not a huge fella with massive hands, the gloves labeled XL are often tight or don't fit. forget the "deli/store" gloves where large is tiny? made for small women/people? I don't like to judge, but at least tell the truth and make them useable for al of us?
👍😆👍
more new guys??? I haven't been enjoying the youtube videos of a tyranical maintenance supervisor who drives away his techs with his over the top protestant work ethic and rules have I? Maybe you really hate Ryobi tools but use them to fool us into thinking your not a narcissistic perfectionist. Do you have a sign at the end of your driveway that says " Rigid tool owners parking only?. You're not one of those supervisors who plays country music all day, has a daily checklist for the techs to sign to make sure they watched your videos, like and commented on favorably and at the end of the day search their bags because " things are growing feet in the shop and disappearing", when in reality they're in your shop at home next to your overpriced Ridged tool shelf. Hell, maybe you really call everybody SKID because you think you are the greatest tech God ever created and all others are just skid marks in your drawers. I guess probably not, I'm probably overthinking this based solely on my past experiences. I'm pretty sure your a decent, heavy metal shredder who powerslides his golf cart to the broken dumpster a curses the shit out of the trash you gotta pick up. Am I right?
P.S. I really don't want to watch you clean out the sludge from the wall pipe for 2 whole minutes, and you don't have to ask me what it smells like...of course I know what that shit smells like. Greetings again from Virginia....it's getting hot here but not near as f-ing hot as where you are!!! Keep up the good work!
👍😆👍 Good to hear from you, Kevin! We had issues with people drinking on the job. Had to let'em go and get some good techs in their place.
Shop vac. Works every time, sucker out
Thank you so much for watching!
