- To submit your Europa Universalis 4 disaster save:

Game can be either ironman or regular

I know it always comes up how people ruin campaigns deliberately with these videos, but i really don't see this being anything than that.
it doesn't help that I go through saves until I find one that's really bad. It's hard to imagine someone accidentally getting a coalition from a third of europe
@@Quarbit Understandable, it's not easy to fid one that can be consdered that it needs saving but also entertainig. My favourite of this series isthe Theodro one, a believable game of speeding down an achievement just barely while leaving the country in ruin right after, that and True her of Timur canpaigns.
@@Quarbit well, there are saves this bad, but they come from very stubborn and new players who don't know how to play yet, but they wouldn't really play Granada this far

I unintentionally ruined my save as Ajam in 10 years. Wanted to eat musasha before they get allies, ended up getting declared on by Timurids with their vassals loyal, i beat the Timurids with a lot of debt, then my ruler died, got peasant war ticking, decared on QQ with Mamluks hoping that they would carry mesomehow went bankrupt with 20 out of 32 loans(seriously have no odea how or why) couldn't stop the peasant war anymore. +20 unrest, rebels each month -3 stab, probably my worst run since i started playing eu4
You saving tthis save game looks like when a competent monarch arise to the throne after the death of his incompetent father
Espionage ideas for that -20% AE and siege ability might have been better than diplo.

thats the only way to get that much, truce break gives like 180 ae
@@brxnni Pretty sure if you separate peace portgual in the war against castille and take aragon's lands, you'll def get that coalition
I mostly play non Ironman so i have extreme deathwar tendencies Hence I probably would make a lot of saves like this lmao, although generally am fairly good at looking at AE where it matters.
Damn I was just rewatching this and Remembered a Byz game I did that I should've saved and sent somewhere as a disaster. (Byz is fairly boring cuz its so common ik)
Beat the Ottos quite well, Declared on Venice who was allied to Genoa and Suffered so much for money (accidently put crete as wargoal and Venice kept pulling galleys out of nowhere) Just about to peace out and the Ottomans declared on me again, I managed to sneak my army into Anatolia and full occupy it, sustaining myself solely on taking out corruption every year and looting. Was hoping somebody would declare on the ottos but nah. Even lost Gallipolli to ottoman rebels. Eventually ottos went bankrupt (maybe twice) and deleted their army, allowing me to finally cross and retake stuff and finally win, I think with about 60 Corruption (at this point I knew the run was probably dead, deathwarring the Ottomans is never a way to go, you can't afford it because it gives chance for other powers to grow) - At some point I deleted transport ships so I could sustain my galleys, meaning Crete was about to pop to rebels, but juusst before peacing out and that going, Mamlukes declared for crete. Followed by Venice reconquesting. Followed by Austria for the Croatian coast I took off venice, also calling in Castille.
After this I just kinda speed 5'd and watched my country Die, and I do think that it probably was completely unsaveable given the sheer amount of corruption but hey. (Ended up de-ironmaning the game to flip to another country and then reform Byz with that, and then trying another game to get the achievement)
Man that fight with mamluks after death waring castile reminded me of my current trebizond campaign. I was done back to back wars against ottomans and England in seperate wars and had 15 year truces. I and my subjects (burgundy, France and Northumbria) barely had any men left and 0 man power, ottomans decided to attack Croatia (a subject of the pope as well as in the HRE) so austria (my ally) was called into the war and by extension me. On the bright side, it did help out because the council of trent already fired and I got a +60 opinion with all catholic countries for helping out the pope. Austria had negative opinion of me because spain (Austrian PU) gor temporary claims on southern Italy, which was already annexed by France 50 years before spain got claims, and so austria set it as vital interest.
The best way to hamstring the Ottomans is to ally them when they're not in a position to break and annex you. They go completely braindead.

default 4 + 3 from negative 3 stab + 5 from bankrupt. literally the highest possible amount without events
