This one really needs a singer who can sing, so if you are out there and want to take a crack at it, leave a comment. If you play piano, I can walk you through the very simple progression.
This is truly beautiful. The piano work is stunning, the lyrics are poignant, and your vocals are incredibly expressive. You've created something truly special with 'Walk On Through'. I can definitely hear a female vocalist bringing a unique dimension to this song, but your performance is captivating as well. Keep creating amazing music!
@@IntraMoeniaArt Very helpful comment, thanks. There are a couple glitches in the piano part, but overall I’m happy with how this plays out. I wonder how this would sound in Italian? Sometimes I think about translating to a different language.
@@GoneButNotGone It's often said that English is better suited for singing, but I'm curious to explore that myself. I have a good voice - my mother was a soprano and would have loved for me to follow in her footsteps - but I'm extremely shy on stage. In fact, even recording myself makes me uncomfortable (lol).
@ Wow. I’d like to hear you sing. I have a baritone that sounds like like it’s filtered through cigar smoke and rough sandpaper. If you ever want to translate one of my songs and sing it, I. A send you the music mp3 file.
I can relate to writing with another singer in mind. Don't sell yourself short, though - this is a wonderfully authentic performance - both vocals and piano. Really beautiful poetic imagery here.
@@RoughGuessMusic Thanks, man. A bit more positivity and love is gonna shine through in the New Year! With or without my baritone sandpaper nasal vocals.
