Rambo is the true definition of a coach, like a real coach. He knows what he wants and what he expects and he’s not afraid to say it. With someone like that, this team is going to be great. Mad respect
This team is def a Champs contender
@@TheAlexisZar 100000000%
I agree. Hector wasted years of players time and money by not jumping on board with how every other team coaches. He finally did this and what happened? We won. I’m my opinion Hector wasted the last years of Formals cod career by being stubborn with coaches. Disgraceful. Sender was the worst overall coach and that’s hectors fault. He’s a great snd coach.
@@T12671 true. I think a fully committed coach could’ve kept previous teams in line to shine.
48:56 literal chills
Honestly I think Rambo was very much needed on this team I think his coaching is just unmatched compared to anyone else
it showed haha
All Hastro cares to do is bring championships to his fans. Something Hecz failed to do the last few years. Merged and look what happens. I think Hastro is the reason for winning, he built this foundation with the Empire and brought it here with Rambo, iLLeY, Shotzzy
I wonder if it’s because he’s scumps Codfather and Seth takes what he says more seriously
@@Anth.440 bro shut up. Some of you guys hate hecz so much it's disturbing lmao
Faze Crowder…(Replays) is up there as a great coach as well… I could see crowder being one of the greats.. I also really do agree on Rambo’s coaching ethic 💯💪💪
the character rambo has brought to this team is priceless imo
Most valuable asset brought in during the merger
he really is helping them a lot!
OpTic has needed someone like him for a long time bringing them discipline
He's a tough man to please 👍🏽👍🏽
He seems to be great man
“I’m looking at Ray for a whole minute… we’re not fighting this” this is even funnier because Ray said on stream one of optics members were losing full about the map restart but he didn’t want to name any names so glad to know it was Seth🤣🤣
This!!
@@char2710 ♥️
It was definitely Inder bro was losing full you can see him arguing with Rambo during the intermission
@@Cristian_D63 you’re reaching when there’s no need to?
@@char2710 I don't think so when I was watching it looked like he was the most upset
I love how Rambo brings this mentality. I’ve never seen scump take the backseat to someone in terms of authority. Rambo doesn’t care that you’re scump, you’re player and a teammate and no one is getting over on Rambo. It’s beautiful
Rambo and Scump discussing the mentality of playing competitive and Shotzzy and HECZ just giggling away like two school kids at the back of the class cracked me up so much
LMAO 🤣🤣🤣 Rambo “WW2 champs was lit”
Scump: “I wouldn’t know” lmao 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love Rambo’s mentality and how it’s infecting the team I love this optic team we got champs this year I see this team in every grand finals if we stay on top of the fundamentals and them playing as a team it’s gonna be a good year
Fundamentals is all they’ve been missing the last 3 years… they’ve always had the talent to make every grand finals they just didn’t play the game right and didn’t stay on the grind
From a spectator standpoint this game is SUPER fun to watch, so many engagements where your favorite player can get streaky, even on the enemy side when abezy was piecing us on bocage I was into it it had me stuck watching the match
Yeah but not bocage tbh i cant understand shit
The game is not fun to play and that is terrible lol
@@ImCxbra it’s the maps I think…and the guns sometimes 🤣
I haven't touched the game but enjoy watching the Pros, even more than last year.
*I'm sure the game is very frustrating to play tho, especially with the spawns
@@500iqHugeBrain same. first cod in 12 years i haven't played. i understand how its more fun to watch than a traditional cod like cold war was. but when you get those people that have super big plays, kill all four players... but then they immediately die because someone spawned around them. how is it on maps that are this big someone spawns right on top of you to ruin your streak before you even have time to reload your pistol and main gun. you have no time what so ever to mentally reset after that. in cold war you had like two maybe three tries to break a hill before you chalk it up and rotate new. in MW and Vangaurd you just throw bodies at the hill and hope something happens. Worried for next year being MW2 and also being stuck with it for 2 whole years. i can already see the viewership drop off. especially if there is another 5 or 6 month void of no competitive like this year had.
Big scumpi guy, But Rambo was the perfect coach for scump and Dashy.. Scump needed someone that is going to drive preparation into him and dashy needed someone that is going to help him grow up past the “Gun skill is all that matters” POV.. very excited to see this team moving forward winning is a bonus but I enjoy the cycle they are in rn of putting in the work, winning, being happy and going back to work.
Absolutely impeccable job out of the boys. “Hold the line” is such an iconic moment
Optic... HOLD.. THE LINE!
The last two minutes of Tuscan Control was legendary calling by both Miles and Chance, but holy hell, Miles was giving me goosebumps with his “hold the line” calls. They grew increasingly louder and more intense each time we held. Merk and Maven are my GOAT duo, but Miles and Chance are pretty damn close.
I think I've watched that part of finals 100 times! Miles giving me goose bumps the last 2 minutes of that map!
@@kevinexline5392 Wasn’t digging Miles in BO4 but man he is a fantastic fuckin caster and the best in my opinion now
love how rambo is never satisfied. type of attitude optic has been needing for a while now considering how easily they got complacent in past teams .
on*
the way he was speaking in this episode, really shows he won't take any bs and is determined to make the team the best they can be
Crim had that attitude got called a Karen because he didn’t have “good vibes” lmfao
Not a fan of how scump constantly makes excuses for not being better whenever Rambo mentions an area where they weren’t good enough. Such a shit mindset and is a loser mentality to have and no idea why he’s developed it. Good thing illey ant and Rambo are there to over shadow his influence now
@@shazaibbiazahs yea i was saying the same thing . it’s like he’s content with being average and i know rambo isn’t for that bs. hopefully be buckles down
Rambo has brought such a championship mentality to this team I love it!
Thanks to this merger - I discovered OpTic.
I started watching the CDL in MW as a Dallas Empire fan. I didn’t know who Scump was or who the Chicago Huntsman were. When OpTic came back in Cold War - was still unaware of the bigger picture.
Now - I am currently in season 4 of “Vision” and dang - I wish I could have experience the dynasty in real time.
To see Scump and Co. dominate for such a period of time. It’s crazy to see how far Hecz has brought this vision and the OpTic Brand. Through the ups and downs. It’s nice to win major 1 and hopefully we can turn this into a run of our own!
Bro vision is so good. Glad you are experiencing it.
Go watch optic from the beginning period.. Big tymer,Rambo, merk nade / scumpi
Gday mate. I am in the exact same boat as you. I also got into COD League watching Dallas Empire in MW and have slowly put the pieces of the puzzle together to see the bigger picture with all of the teams and the players' backgrounds. The vets have a great storyline and especially Optic as a franchise. And thanks to you, I now know what Vision is! Will start watching that :D
You missed the good ole days watching firmals 1.3 at champs was the peak
Welcome my man!
I love how Shotzzy is the perfect amount of lost as some of us and asks the exact questions we are wondering ourselves LMAO
If you watch his streams it’s literally this all the time 😂😂 guy is faded half the time but hilarious
bruh him not knowing a cassette tape made me feel so fucking old and I'm only 27
he was hilarious lmao
@@TheMikeMase im 21 and it made me feel old... shotzy is also 21.. lol
Man he is perfect for this reason
Most fun I’ve had watching an esports event since I started watching in Modern Warfare.
I was literally screaming at my TV for two full maps at the end of the first series against Faze. Watching Seth light the tiny terrors up on Gavutu with an AR was priceless. And Ant’s ace to start off the Tuscan map was incredible. Just so many icy clutch moments from every single member of the team.
It was truly a pleasure to watch. I can’t wait for the rest of the season. Thanks for the memories boys.
Rambo really unlocked Bruce an Scump again! Best Coach in the GAME!
I love how the Dog came on set and no one even noticed. That’s a beautiful thing man
Rambo is such an ingelligent person. I could listen to him for days.
Just by this convo I can tell how great of a coach Rambo is. Even keeping Seth’s mentality in check; OpTic has needed someone like that for a lonnng time
Also love hearing the maturity and development out of Bruce
Let's go man seeing Seth and Shotzzy on after that tournament!! I have to say that was one of the best weekends in a long time for me! I love every second of it with the tournament and just normal life stuff for me!
It was awesome seeing the boys pull out the win and in dominating fashion! I just love seeing that Seth can still do it man, screw the haters thinking he's washed or whatever the man still has the skill and passion to win!
The only disappointment for me was not seeing them get a big check, trophy or medal for the win idk why the CDL is not doing that type of thing anymore?
Other than that it was such a great weekend for the Greenwall and seeing the emotions from people was so great! I can't wait to watch them the rest of the year! Next major this month!👀
(Also just to add I am pretty sure this win means that Seth and Crim are the only players ever with 30 wins, that says a lot man Seth is the goat)
#Greenwall #BrickByBrick 💚
They’ll win many more don’t worry just the beginning for this squad
@@chrisweaving6513 Agreed they look solid!
I agree! Where was the trophy!? The boys are gonna have a big target on their back now. They will prevail but will have to keep up the consistent play. It was dope to see everyone on the team pop-off in different games and scenarios
@@RickyBobby267 big facts actually MINDBLOWN there’s no trophy it needs to change, they’ll stay locked in and keep the grind
@@RickyBobby267 Agreed idk where it was CDL just continue to make horrendous decisions...
Heqz: tells a way too long story
Ant: Thats crazy right?
😂😂
La mentalidad que tiene el coach Rambo se ve muy bien reflejado en el equipo. Totalmente de aplaudir y reconocer ese esfuerzo que él hace en conjunto con todo el team.
#GreenWall desde México💚
Rambo is exactly what this team needed. Anytime optic done anything good last year or gunned a team they sat on it and thought yeah we are nasty. They could win every major before champs and I know Rambo ain’t letting standards drop at all
I like that seth included general. A true teammate
I wish general was on a pro team bc I feel like when he was playing MW while prestinni was on the way he was frying
this is the most competitive season of CoD i’ve ever seen and i love watching every match. it’s literally the best, seeing everyone and every team put their heart and soul into every match. COD IS AN ESPORT
Scump-“I felt loose coming out”
Hecz-“MMMM, Mhmmm”
🤣
Rambo- We lost fundamentals throughout that series”
Scump-“So did they”🤣
Love that Scump knew exactly how many chips Crim had right away 😂
His competitive nature lol
Incredible performances this weekend boys especially beating FaZe TWICE, made a lot of people incredibly happy, most importantly yourselves! Looking forward to this year 💪🏼🔥🔥
It felt good man literally gave me chills to see optic beat faze twice !
No shot thanks for the Shoutout OMG lol Shoeys for Optic all day!!!!
9:50 Seth's impression of Ben😭😭
Also 21:06 respect to Shotzzy for not wanting to be "gangster AF" lol
@DoughboyG no he doesn’t lol
@DoughboyG There’s a lot of niggas from Cali but don’t know anything about gangs 🤣
I haven't played the game since it was released as I don't like how its played, but watching the Pros has been incredible to watch whilst in isolation. It's great to see everyone turning up, and still learning together. Scump getting mad at the reset but quickly focusing on the job at hand, and everyone supporting eachother. This team to me has the word COMPLETE across it as they've got Ray to whip everyone back into shape, and won't listen to the bs.
Shotzy with the 180s, Dashy doing his choke signal, Scump on the AR, Ender clutching up and acting cool.. It all gave me chills man. Beaming everyone and it looked like they were having fun. Haven't felt this engaged with COD events since the BO4 days personally.
I’ve been an optic fan since DAY and honestly I’ve been getting so sad watching the matches over the last couple years, like feeling the teams pain as my own. To see us win that major genuinely made me so happy. Keep the hard work going and let’s keep getting them dubs. #BrickByBrick
I love the way Rambo and Scump talk to each other , thats growth and maturity it’s infectious
Scumps impression of ben was actual comedy 😭😭😭
Its only so refreshing to hear Rambo and Scump discussing things - the amount of respect they have for each other is admirable. Can tell Hecz is loving the environment that has been created.
Hearing and seeing Rambo's leadership is amazing
as cod and optic fans, we were truly spoiled this past weekend. congrats to the boys.
I love Rambo no bullshit attitude, this team has been needing that for a while. Good things to come for this team
This is what being an OpTic fan is all about, just like any sport, your team has its struggles, and then you get a roster and support staff like this, and it's incredible!
love rambo setting expectations that every fan has and will hold them accountable!
He is a great coach, knows what his players are capable of and pushing them to be the best in the league, ya love to see it! Here to more tournamnet wins and hopefully Finals champions this year and the next and the next
@@ShawnFX Glad to see everything come full circle man! Here’s to many champs! #GREENWALL
The Bruce gas at the end was amazing to hear. He's come a long way in these last few years, it's been fun to watch
Hecz goes " I'm just going to play it coollll"....then proceeds to say with stalker eyes "Of course I'm going to bring this 30 year old cassette to the dinner" 🤣🤣🤣 I love itttt hahaha
Y’all are right about that Illey 1v3. That sold it for me that he is the ice on the team now. With Bruce’s Beams, Shotzzy’s Stealth, Scump’s Skill and Illey’s Ice I see a champs dub.
In the hospital after a seizure yesterday this pod just made my damn visit THANK YOU FOR THE CHIP LAST WEEKEND
that's what watching too much bocage does to us huh. but fr, get well soon man
@@darQrrR that was fucking hilarious
@@darQrrR LMAOOOOOOOO sheesh
So proud for this org and their victory. Would really like to see them keep up the energy and mostly win champs. It’s been long awaited and much needed.
YO HECZ! WE NEED CAR STICKERS AND THROW BACK MERCH, GET ON THAT
1 v 3 and illey was like "hold my cup"
Big win from the boys
At a glance, it almost looks like 2 dads bring their kids to work day haha. Loved the podcast and Rambo is a GOAT.
Congrats on the dub boys. Everybody was frying. Team looks great and awesome to see Optic on top once again!! Special shout-out to Scump with his 31st chip!!
Rambo is such a great coach for OpTic. I feel like he adds structure and discipline to the team with a clear goal in mind. Individually the talent is all there and I think if we see more team work like we did in the majors we are looking at another “most winningness team in cod history.” Im very excited to be a fan this year, keep up the good stuff guys!
OpTic getting Rambo back is exactly what they needed. Shotzzy and Illey being nasty also helps
Part of the viewerships going up comes down to the streaming content throughout the community now. Having all the cod legends and the new talent is amazing to watch and seeing everyone’s opinions. Keep up the great work!
That was one of the most hype moments. Congrats boys feels great
Bro Rambo is what was needed for this squad! Very smart. And gets all respect from everyone as he should.
The way Rambo starts sounding like a true French Canadian when he’s getting heated kills me every time
At 47:00 when Seth's says "I know that it's a whack excuse, but" the way Rambo looks at Hecz is HILARIOUS
Rambo’s such a godly coach
Incredible production and performance from the whole team, not just the CoD team but everyone involved in the production of the event itself.
A new standard for CoD Events has been set and I have a feeling that the OpTic CoD Events will be the most anticipated event in years to come.
Lmao Seth talking about his massage experience had me busting out laughing😂🤣
I’m 30 years old and have played COD since COD 2, but never really kept up with the competitive side of it until BO4. That’s when I first decided I would start to keep up with it and I decided OpTic would be my team because, duh, they were the most popular haha. HOWEVER, I didn’t start watching until AFTER their championship in that title. THEREFORE, after 3+ longggg years as a member of the Green Wall, I can finally say I got to witness a championship LIVE! So proud of you fellas! Keep up the grind!!!! 💚💚💚
💯
Most anticipated podcast in years 💚
The King, The Movement God, The Turret, & The Brain. best Optic Team you'll ever see. The beginning of a NEW ERA #BrickByBrick
Been tuning into Rambo stream, fucking love and respect the guy so much
I just felt super old when Shotzzy held a cassette tape for the first time. That was a super legendary moment in the Podcast.
Knew scump was the one who lost full during that reset 😂 as soon as Rambo said it on his stream I knew who it was lmao 👑
I thought dashy tbh he looked pissed lmao
what does losing full mean?
@@TonyMacaroni69420 basically the terminology they use for losing composure or going crazy
@32:00 scump talking about getting a massage & then says he felt loose coming out and Hecz reaction had me dying 😂
Shotzzy is so OpTic its crazy. Hecz created OpTic to have players like Ant he’s 2022 NadeShot
Shotzzy is a goat. Reminds me of envoy only better. Nothing better than watching a cracked smg
I started watching cod because I randomly came across the scump 88-0 on the tube
Loved how Hecz said send the players family gear. Shows to what extent he makes sure his players and family are happy and appreciated. The little things that go unnoticed. Not many employers do that.
Lets appreciate shottzy's laugh 😂
I honestly used to think and contribute all of Dallas empires success to mainly crim and clay (not saying it wasn’t part them) but now I can see it was definitly mainly Rambo, guy is a fucking phenomenal coach.
Rambo needs a cod strategy breakdown show
Lowkey teared up a bit after you guys won just from seeing everyone happy again. I know its not easy to win so I was always understanding of the previous losses but I watch every tournament and sometimes found myself losing hope in the team. I know the talent was there but we just couldnt get over the hump for such a long time. Shoutouts to rambo for being able to bring a more serious mindset to the team and bringing out the best in everyone. The greenwall has faith in you guys and we’ll always support you all. Thanks for winning and giving us that feeling again it was amazing
Incredible podcast!
I actually busted out laughing when the dog walked into the camera view and no one noticed haha
* says anything at all *
Shotzzy: " *is that good* "
😂😂😂
Idk man.... I think Vangaurd is one of the most fun games to watch in a while
Rambo got that "Tom Brady" mindset. Love it.
We need to see us win champs. I’m telling you when Scump retires Comp. CoD will die slowly
Honestly think a new scump will emerge. They'll probably pour money into shotzzy and slowly make him that guy for optic. He's a very likeable player
Yeah they definitely will find another big franchise guy to be the face of the league like simp shotzzy etc. Viewership will drop for sure unless the games get alot better competition gets stronger and interactive ND many more things to make it bigger than it is now but I'm sure Scump will be in the scene still some how
The Green Wall baby!!! All of Optic is Final this year.. Really have only good vibes from everything is see you guys put up/online.. much love from Kentucky.. Peace!
The countdown to Champs Starts Now let's go green wall
Just the way that discussion with Scump, the golden child of OpTic, and Coach Rambo went about the practice leading up to the LAN was great. Rambo is holding these guys accountable for everything. “Not when you’re on my team”. I know for a fact Rambo is a huge factor in the boys being the best team in the game rn glad he’s the coach of this team.
Love what Rambo has brought to the team! He could be a little less "I" and "my" and more "we" can't let "our" team do xyz but overall, I love the mentality!
i love how ant asks everyone "is that good?" for reassurance after everything lmaooooo
man just the way rambo thinks and carries himself as a coach is so tippable, i wonder what the team could have done last year with rambo as there main coach and no disrespect meant towards sender but damn i can only imagine how much better they would have been
I mean it showed how good he was just with empire they had internal struggles all year but still placed decent at majors maybe he would of kept formal motivated because he said he wasnt putting in effort like he used to
Rambo at 47:03 twiddling his hands when Scump was giving a reason why they relax with comms before an even lol. Rambo was mediating inside to keep calm lol.
Scump constantly re-iterating that they can't be perfect... that isn't the point! The point is to know what perfection looks like and to strive to reach that mark in a tournament situation.
rambo still has the mindset he did as a player, you love to see it
The coaching is on point with Rambo. Keep up the practicing and getting better. I can't wait for the next tournament.
This is my first time seeing optic’s coach and I have to say, I love him. He looks like the kind of coach who’s going to keep his players in check and will do everything he can to keep his players performing the best they can. I like him a lot.
I gotta be real. I've loved yall for years.
But Rambo is legit the GOAT.
His demeanor and mindset are crucial to this team's success. You can see it clearly here.
That event was insane, and I loved watching every moment.
Green wall baby.
My gawd this was one of the best episodes talking about the competitive mindset from Ray down to the players!! So fuckin great!!
I don’t know who’s read Relentless but Jesus Rambo is the definition of a cleaner. Much respect to that man.
Shotzzy only knows Call Of Duty and I love it. Stay young lil homie
Rambo knows what’s up with the Hardstyle music. The melodies those DJ’s create are breath taking!
dude this Rambo arc goes crazy. Someone needs to animate this
Love y’all since 2016 big love
Love the mentality Rambo. You can have as much talent in a team as you like but discipline is what will make the team undefeatable. As HECZ says, Optic's looking like a MACHINE right now. Don't hate me for this comparison but given how dominant Optic looked on the weekend, it gave me Dallas Empire Modern Warfare vibes through and through - and so, it's clear the effect your coaching style has. Optic is looking unstoppable.
Rambo is the coach optic needed that no nonsense type of mentality is what brings improvement and what makes the teams full potential shine.
Bro Rambo is legit such an amazing coach wow. His mentality is elite af.
"What's a cassette?" I nearly died. So cool Hecz got to meet Raekwon. One of my all-time favs.
As a person who loves sports and has played at the college level i love to see Rambo hold these guys to the standard that a real sports team should be held to. Rambo is having a huge part in taking COD to the next level of competition and he needs to hear it.
