I think that twang that you often get in the UK is due to it being old, the old look at what everyone else is drinking when you go in any pub no matter where it is is the best indication of what is popular and ultimately fresher, also if not a two part pour it is more bitter.
If you want the best pint of Guinness within the UK try out the Liden community centre in Swindon wilts. The cellar is at the perfect temp and is close to the bar. When I first went there the pints were being poured to quick between the settlement stage We asked the bar staff to serve other people there drinks before they do your top up. we stated we do not care if the pour takes 10 minutes as long as the pint stated fully between the pour. Result now is creamy creamy creamy no bubbles on top and a very nice dome. I have tasted Guinness all over Europe including Ireland This is the best in UK
Dublin man, living in stoke, been here , defo the best pint in the UK, they know it too! Daylight robbery at £6.20 a pint, this prob gone up again! Worth it tho, with the crap everywhere else 🤣
Lads great video. Who’s idea was it to go to Mulligans first though? Could only be downhill from there😂 keep it up. Really enjoyed the video. Smallest bar looks class.
I’d love to see a “best of London” Guinness. This for me is such a iffy one, I know the “Guru” visited the old shellaleigh, however you spell it. I took a horrendous journey to visit here myself and it was a below average pint.
Paying north of £7 in Mulligans.. but it's a belter of a pint. But as good as the Guinness is in Mulligans, i dont go there, purely because of the cost. Circus or the one the next door (ish) The Grey Horse Tavern are my go to Guinness pubs
@@niallwood go in the old monkey mate.. Get on the holts bitter.. Cracking pint..or if Guiness the turks head does a cracker.. Or goto the nags head, Shaun the landlord does a belting guiness.. Yeah if ur free go in the nags head mate... Big united pub..
I would be so interested in how you like our regular Guinesses in Germany, which we Germans like very much when we need a little time off of our local beers.
Absolute fantastic channel lads. Looking forward to every one of your reviews. Thank you for creating something that all us Guinness lovers needed. Sláinte
Mulligans isn't even the best guinness in manchester, never mind the uk. And £7.90 a pint last time I was in there, they're cashing in on these youtube vids alright
Currently nursing a Guinness in Mulligan's from your review. Amazing place with a lovely atmosphere. Guinness is exceptional but it is expensive!
“Hands down, pants down” 😂
Is that a new catchphrase too?
Ahaha!!! The Twang! Hilarious! I guess that means a bit of funk or bitter in a bad way? Cheers from Texas!

The best Guinness I ever had was also in Manchester
The bonus of being Irish when travelling abroad, everyone seems to buy me a Guinness 🤣🤣
Winner! 🤣

Love you guys I'm Irish and I love you guys so much
Glad you like our stuff mate! 🍻 cheers
Smallest pub in Europe? I think not. The Dawson Lounge in Dublin is the smallest in Ireland alone, and it's smaller than that place.
I useto go waxy O connors in manchester. And the Guinness there was second to non.

Any recommendations for a great pint in Dublin? I’ll be there for a few days this summer
Great video, loved it.
Youse should do a Wetherspoons Guinness review
It’s on the cards 👀
@@theguinnesseurssad to say my first ever Guinness was a spoons Guinness. Not impressed but still enjoy these videos
First and only Guiness so far^

Thanks Paddy! Glad you enjoyed it. Charlie takes the blame for hitting Mulligan’s first 😂🤦🏻♂️

Can't beat the Bee Hive in Brentford for a Guinness in London

When can we expect part 2?
Part 2 is out now 😁🍻

In my experience - Twang = Nearing End of Barrel
Been in today, but £6.90 a pint…come on,pint was good but not £6.90 good.rather go round corner and pay £2 less in Wetherspoons
Sorry do apologise £2.50 less

Ahh thanks Joseph! Chuffed you’re enjoying the channel. Sláinte 🍻
I'm on my way!
Mancunian here! Mulligans well over rated, £7 a pint and to cold/watery, these guys get paid from these pubs.
These guys are no GuinnessGuru
Guinness Guru is the GOAT.
Try the Hearsall Inn Coventry
allright Guinness Guru ?
What is the price of a pint of Guinness there?
Is it true that English find Guinness an odd choice? If yes, why?
You missed the pub in mcr that's on par with mulligans.. The nags head... Get in there and cheaper than mulligans..
We will have to give it a go next time mate!
