    Seat Specifications for Condor's A330neo:
    Economy: They use the HACEO (Now ZIM Seating) Vector seat with Bluetooth, 30 inches of pitch (kind of tight), USB A/C Charging, a tablet holder and a 13.3 inch 4k screen
    Premium Economy: They use the HACEO (Now ZIM Seating) Vector seat with Bluetooth, 35 inches of pitch, USB A/C Charging, a tablet holder and a 13.3 inch 4k screen. They also come with an adjustable footrest
    Business Class: They used the Safran Skylounge Core seat with 44 inches of pitch that converts to a 78 inch bed, it has direct aisle access, a 17.3 inch 4k screen, USB A/C Charging and Bluetooth.
    Prime Seats: To maximize the space of the front row, they used a modified Safran Skylounge Core seat with a seat that converts to a 78 inch bed, it has direct aisle access, a 24 inch 4k screen, a massive ottoman that another person can sit in and a USB A/C Charging and Bluetooth.

    I will never fly with Condor again. I bought a ticket with free cancellation which is much more expensive. And today when I tried to cancel the flight they said it was only free for the first flight. And that's how I lost 2,000 dollars!! Can't believe it's an airline. It feels more like a scam company

    I definitely do not recommend you and advise everyone not to travel with you! After many problems while traveling from the United States and a complaint filed in July of this year, I still have not received any information on the matter! The only thing you are able to write every two months is that you have a lot of requests and I have to wait for my turn. Dear all, I have already been waiting since July! How much longer do I have to wait? Usually I am far from making this kind of judgment, but my patience has just run out. You are nothing more than scammers and a company that preys on its customers. I would like to inform you that I am reporting my case to the authorities and institutions dealing with this type of case. I wish you the best of luck in continuing your business! So far it seems that you are doing great!

      @@ikillfh844 Both ways got delayed . Outbound was due to cleaners needed extra time to finish all of that after previous cleaning. Inbound due to over booking. Although somehow we arrived earlier on inbound back to Canada.Also return flight in our cabin only one lavatory was working. Not sure if its good or bad thing because no working one was right behind my seat and yes i knew what seat i was paying for 2 months prior. Hated the tray table that with my not that big belly size(39-8 inches at a time,not less) couldn't open all the way,so my tray was slipping and some stuff was falling out of it,had to hold it to reduce all things from tray to not end up on a floor. Also only option it seems for main meal was pasta. Never want to fly with them again.

      ​​@@williamnewton5556 although, I understand what you're saying. He still does deserve a response of his complaint from customer service, if they value feedback and making improvements.
