Inside look at how some of Japan's best sake is made (and how to make your own umeshu)

I toured a local sake brewery as well as taste tested the freshest sake on the market. In this video, we also learn how to make plum wine with very simple ingredients and visit a local factory. But most importantly, we spread word of the greatest documentary of all time: Kanpai!
