In this technique Swamiji clearly tells us not to concentrate, but just bring awareness. So there is really no reason to try hard, just bring awareness in a casual, relaxed manner.
Every single video of swamiji is worth watching. I watch swamiji sukhabhodhanandaji and avadoot baba shivyog as well. Now I am become a great fan of Nityananda swamiji. Each word of swamiji enlighten us and us more spiritual. Its good to have all these spiritual baba preaching more and more peoples to a right path and making the world better. Thanks swamiji. This is such a good technique. I had lot of vibrations in third eye area while doing this meditation.

I like to see Nithyananda's face during the meditation....it's it bit hard because it's been darkneded....
I ve been doing the third eye meditation for quite some time now ( i often do it in a dark room) and it feels great i feel relaxed, joyfull, full of life and energy,
at times my eyes hurt and become very sensitive to light ... I dont concentrate heavyly or strain my eyes in anyway, Please help
....i often see a dark blue light can you explain what that means ?

I like your optimism and I know that there is indeed a third eye but opening the third eye is not possible without a logical and disciplined spiritual practice. There are a lot of other stops on the spiritual path which you have to touch before you can strive for this.

Heyy..even I get that static kinda noise inside my brain...its always there but I become aware of it only when I am meditating or just sitting in silence...Not sure if its coming from centre of consciousness though because when I concentrate hard I feel that the noise is actually little behind the centre..Anyways, can someone from LifeBliss please tell us what is this inside noise & whether to use it for meditating or just ignore it...Thanks..

It is not a question of doubt but what is that people will achieve opening the third eye? will it improve my character will it cure me of my vices? These are much much more important question which are unpopular and much more difficult milestones to achieve and never talked by these so called gurus. Even they talk about that, they themselves do not follow or have not mastered.

On the one hand you say that it is good to ask questions and on the other you say turn off your logic. You say look within. Look for what within and why should I look within? Why not look outside?You say all spiritual practices are there to guide us. Guide us to where? To reach what do we need guidance? If we would have jumped into the space without a place to reach without a place to find out would we have reached anywhere?
After this video our 3rd eye should be open?

right. so tell us what is your journey and where is it that you want to go? Most importantly how do you determine where you want to go? You did not give a reason as to why we must turn off the logic. I will give you one reason why we must have logic. Logic gives us direction and a reason to do what we want to do in any path whether it be in this material world or the spiritual world.
He could possibly be a demon walking among us. I believe in meditation, but this focus to the third eye and the power it holds sounds scary. I belive in focusing personal power. This is more focusing on an outside power. To close my argument: Look at the poster behind him.

That is what is happening to directionless travel and we do not have any dearth of religions which are doing just that.

We saw the moon and determined 50% of what it is actually and then we set out to find the rest of it. Logic gave us the reason to be certain about a place in the space and then only we set out. According to your opinion just jump in the space and move without any direction till you suddenly find something which could be the moon or an asteroid or worse find nothing at all all your life.
