Hello doctor my age is 42. I got parotid gland swelling in February. It is like mumps. Iam not able to walk from one month. Iam feeling imbalance while walking and mu left leg is weak with pain. I feel dizzy right only. I took brain contrast MRI. Everything is normal. Doctor told there is infection at borderline of the brain. What should i do? Is this centrao vertigo or peripheral vertigo? I fee mil headache and ear pain right side amd duzziness right side. My legt leg is weak and imbalance while walking. These are my symptoms from 2 months. Should i consult ent doctor?
sir i need some help i got a small injury on my elbow side in a public bus there was a drop of blood and i took my last tetanus injection on 2022, according to my immunization card I've completed all 3-4 dose of DPT Vaccine, One Dose 6 weeks of age, 2nd dose 10 weeks of age and third dose 20 weeks of age and DPT+ booster on 15 Months of age after this i got one in almost every 5-7 years because of minor injuries in childhood so please tell me should i need now or last one will work perfectly fine?
hi, a medical student here, i think you should still get your vaccination. The childhood ones are necessary but not long lasting, you still have to get an immediate Tetanus toxoid vaccine to nullify the toxin from the bacteria that may have entered your body through the wound. It is better to be safe than sorry. 😊
Sir I am patient of ULCERATIVE COLITIS PROCTITIS IBD GRADE FIRST CHANGES I take 5-AsA MESALAMINE 1.2, TDs With FOLVITE 5 MG OD And BUDESINOID 9 MG OD But Disease is in not control Blood with mucus prasent in the stool but stool Freq in a day twins time. Please advise some treatment
