Hi Camilo! Good question, thanks! You can remove the star caps yourself, they are easily removed and snap off. In fact, we recommend removing each day to clean them anyways. Thanks!
@@spacemanusa Thank you, guys! This is great news to me as I wasn't sure I could operate the machine without the cap. Now I will train my crew on this kind of swirl!
Hi, i am from saudi Arabia. I work in a spaceman ice cream machine shop, but I can't understand all the settings of the machine, Please help me with a video on Colling Setup, I will be forever indebted to you. Thanks.
Hi Delowar, I would start with our knowledge base, here is a link to a particular article which may help: smservice.spacemanusa.com/portal/en/kb/articles/sog-ss-introduction Otherwise, you can email service@spacemanusa.com your model and serial number and we will send the appropriate manual instructions. Thanks!
im from saudi arabia and I didn't find this model at the company that sell your products here, but there is 6350A model and 6240A ,is these two model give the same texture ? i don't want the ice cream to melt easly and i want it to be very freezed. what is your advice
Hi Khulod, You can get the same texture from both of those models. Just keep in mind, those models each only have one control for both flavors, so it will be more difficult to dial in the settings for each flavor, as you can not control them independent. The distributor in Saudi Arabia can help you though. Thanks!
This is an "A" air pump model Spaceman soft serve machine. For fluffier, creamy product you can choose air pump/pressurized machine and also choose the product you are using to have one with stabilizers.
Hi Linette! The viscosity is dependent on the type of product you are running, its ingredients, brix, etc. Some products which are non-dairy or water based will freeze well at as low as a 1.75 setting on the 6250AH, while others which have more solids, sugars, milk, etc could freeze well as high as 3.50 setting. The air setting on your air pump will also make a difference. The more air you are adding to the product the easier it may be to turn the product, so perhaps a lower viscosity setting (measured by motor amperage). Sorry it is not such a clear answer! Best thing is to start low and work. your way up until you find the best setting any time you try a new product. Then remember the setting and air setting and keep it that way. Thanks!
Hi Johny, This video was shot at our old Broomfield, CO test kitchen. It is Spaceman model 6250A-C if you are intereted to research the model more. You can find customers and research their addresses or locations on our Instagram channel @spaceman_usa
Ice cream stabilizers such as gelatin, guar gum, and xanthan may help keep the soft serve from melting as fast. We recommend to get with an ingredient company or buy a premade soft serve mix!
Is it possible to remove the star cap myself? or do I need to get a technician to do it?
