    Hi Walter. Highly interesting video. Will try them out. Your online course is fantastic. I already learned a lot. About techniques: These people created this sauces. But, what is the way? We were served a black garlic spread in a restaurant lately. It was very nice. We can't tell what's in it. And only a tiny portion (for the bread). What would you do?
    PS: I'll stay in englisch for all the others. Your subscriptions are rising, good. But, could you please give measurements in metric? Or both? I always have to look it up and calculate 😅

      Black garlic spread …. You can literally buy black garlic paste and stretch it with a little oil or soft butter ( plus salt pepper) etc don’t know where you would get that in Germany ( maybe Amazon etc) and yes it’s also great on pan fried meat or fish and vegetables
      My son loves it in his steak .
      Regards the measurements I am with you on that being Austrian and I am not a big fan of cups etc as people never get that right.
      Will keep it in mind for the future

      I make the black garlic myself, pretty easy. Just needs a little time.
