You can literally buy black garlic paste and stretch it with a little oil or soft butter ( plus salt pepper) etc don’t know where you would get that in Germany ( maybe Amazon etc) and yes it’s also great on pan fried meat or fish and vegetables My son loves it in his steak . Regards the measurements I am with you on that being Austrian and I am not a big fan of cups etc as people never get that right.
