I had a very similar experience to Cesar for many reasons, but I won't go into too much detail lol. When the pandemic started, I was so overwhelmed with the anxiety it caused me. For whatever reason, the zoology lover in me was magnetized towards your channel, Joe. Watching your videos brought me to Clint and Snake Discovery and I spent probably 5 months just absorbing as much information as I could from all of your channels. They were so fascinating and hypnotizing and it convinced me to push past my childhood complexes around snakes and dive directly into the hobby. I now have 5 corns and wanted to really show people how beautiful and worthy they are of loving appreciation and care. I have more than enough time and capacity to commit to my animals and I am going to strive to keep them as healthy and enriched as possible for their entire lives. Great podcast!

Love this podcast! Great insights into building and maintaining a small business. I feel like corn snakes are underpriced honestly. The margins aren't there because people don't believe corn snakes have that value. But it's all magic snake money so boutique corn snake breeders should just choose to raise the price floor. Normals should be $75 (or more) and all other morphs should rise concomitantly. (Just a guarantee of being crypto free should justify the price increase.) I don't know how you get everyone on board but hognoses have found a way to be both an entry level species and an "investment" species and corns could do the same.
