I love the lore of the Charr and using them in game feels so satisfying, but I hate how ArenaNet doesn't account for their tails clipping through so many of the armor sets.
Very true >.< We need some tail love!
Worse i hate how they just take away the horns for a lot of head pieces including the legendary

@@fes4861 I don’t Care if they clip or not! The horns are the charr’s identity! Its like neutering them. I want all the helmets and mask to show the Charr’s horns. I can’t stand it when they take the horns away. Which is why I despise the medium Legendary armor. The only exception to headpieces that tale away the charr horns that I will accept are the ones that already have horns. Like the Runic heavy armor helm or the WvW Legendary. Or the Balthazar outfit.

I will pay you the ultimate compliment I have NEVER given a damn about "fashion wars" but after seeing this series, it is something I wish to do to a point. As you created (Char aside :P) some very neat looks and I hope they are (the costumes and clothes) easily obtainable. Awesome video.

I loved the Female Thief. That pirate theme was absolutely amazing! Both Mesmers were quite breath-taking as well! I think my least favorite was the male Ranger. I think the Charr build just does not look good for a male-ranger but the female was great!

I remmber back in the day we had a big rally in one of main city with like couple of 100 char for beter looking and less clipy amor for that race run around naked and yelling wierd yells havent played for ages now so not sure if they fixed the ugly basic and clipy gear ps i really love bones too so any good looking gear with bones on them is a plus in my book 📘

The female mezmer one is glorious.
I went lazy and just bought a gem store skin. I got the mad king Halloween skin with the pumpkin head. On charr the pumpkin head is giant and awesome. Also when you use the bobblehead potion thing it makes it even bigger. Its awesome and regularly turns heads when im running around in the open world. One day I will look to see if I can fashion wars for real with my Charr Guardian main but for now this will have to do

Don’t apologize about using Shadow Abyss so much. It’s the first dye I dye all pieces and work from there with other colors around it as a base. This is every character including outfits......

Charrs are really amazing race, if heavy armors looks good on them, light are nightmare, specially legs. I have only necro female charr and i must say i really like male necro, both mesmers and both eles. Thanks to you i will experiment more with armors that i wouldn't ever use on this race :)

As a Charr Elementalist main, trying to find fitting shoulder armour for an Elonian look has been... a challenge. Eventually I just gave up and used Winter's Presence :P
I did this before the expansion launched though, so I do not know if there are new, more fitting shoulder pieces.

Awesome SETS! Specially the female charr sets; they look amazing! (even tho i mostly play male characters). Sadly i still cannot decide my charr's profession :S
One of the hardest races to create a unique look for is the charr in my opinion. I have about twenty charr characters, each with their own unique looks. I've played them and loved them since release. For a couple of them I have taken armor that clips with each other just enough to make it look good, but you kinda have to give up on finding something that doesn't clip the tail other than some of the cultural armor. I really liked your male charr mesmer.
Lets hope for some future love and attention to detail. We can but dream!
Was starting to regret having a charr Mesmer, since a lot of light armor skins look so bad on a charr imo.

When you see Rytlock Brimstone so manly and in such nice armors and flaming sword, a man simply has to go charr. But in game is another story... Therefore, human females :)

You are very good. I thought I was the fashion master, but I tip my cap and yield the crown. You actually made me think about playing a Charr, which I swore I never would do to the clipping issues you mentioned in the video. One quick comment, though. If I was nitpicking, I would say your looks are incomplete with a full set of weapons to compliment to outfit. Is there a re particular reason you didnt include weapons?
My charr luckily isn't cut-off on character select... But she's also literally the smallest build I could possibly make for a Charr. Sometimes even humans stand a little taller!

Charr really need some love especially because the fashion is so prominent in this game.
And it has annoyed me since beta that i cant get those potato sack clothes many Charr npc's wear in black citadel.
Hope tail clipping is fixed soon on more armor sets
I can't believe I'd live to say this.. The best looking was the "female" charr Warrior.. Offcourse the pyro maniac ele was awsooooome too... And the worst for me were male Ranger and thief... The male Warrior was awsoome too

I must agree that some of the dews need to up their game to fitt the charr in armors better as helmets are pain to find good ones, as medium allso has great problems.
and seems many times dews kind of miss the point that just fiting the armor over the rig of charr is not all the thing the tail often looks bad limiting many armors off or helmets rob the horns and ears. Speaking as Charr main player.
Lets hope going into the expansion they show more care over those lovely tails!

This was not the video me is looking for i was looking for best fur match but Cool armors bro.
Is there any way to get Houndskin Mantle for more than one armour type? The reward is account bound and you have to pick one of the three.
When you unlock the skin, you gain it for ALL armour weights. They give one free trans at the weight you select, so just use a normal transmutation charge once the original is consumed.

mate its such a shame, the charr,asura and the norn male race character modeling, and aesthetics of the armor have been neglected so hard... they should've made a lot more race specific armors in my opinion.. but that day will never come i fear

That was some awesome looking Charr just standing about in game.
What I can can tell you is that not one infusion, thats a number of them, which gives that stacking effect. There will be a thread on the gw2 reddit or maybe the wiki about all the different infusion combos.
