Thanks for that important knowlegde. To be more useful; you can show what happens (how the load distrubution changes) if the local axis 1 turned to other direction.
The person who is disliking the tutorial, please explain here why you are disliking? If you have no reason, then just don't do this from silly jealousy. If you do good, you will get good in return. If you do bad things, you will be returned with bad things.
What someone finds wrong with another person can be very useful, much more if you are starting in the software. Let's go ahead. In my case I do not speak English but I understand the explained.
Thank you! This was very helpful! Can I ask you where this option of "All object loading" ? I can see only load directly assigned... And do you you know if the two way load distribution will give the same results as Cznery or Marcus tables? Thanks again!!
Hi, as a one way slab the shorter direction carry the load and overall deformation is cylindrical, but in this video m11 and Ast1 that represents reinforcement in 1 direction is lower than 2 direction, I can't understand this. Refer to DESIGN OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES darwin and dolan. chap12
Thanks for your video, but the Dead load that you assigned is going to be added to the selfmass calculated by de program, so how is the way to tell to the program that the selfmass is going to be considered in one way distribution?? (sorry for my English)
Can u plz explain m11 and m22 in sap2000 and how did u say that in concrete design Ast1(×direction) belogs to shorter direction ........ I 'm thinking to checking of m11 we need to providing rebars in y direction (Ast2 longer direction ) And checing m22 ......provide reinforcement in x direction ( Ast 1 shorter direction)
You check the tutorial from beginning to end carefully. I have clearly mentioned that how can we understand local axis direction in SAP2000. Red color indicates axis or direction-1. Green-2 & Aqua-3.
Hello, Can you please make a video on: 1. Moment and Force directions (what is maximum and minimum moment M1, M2,M3?). positive and negative moment directions. 2. to show local coordinates and if we can change their orientation to match global coordinates. 3. Explain supports, spring constants and Degree of freedom in detail. 4. Meshing of slab areas/wall into Finite elements. 5. Is there anyway we can see the dimensions of existing element in the model? 6. When to use shell thich/thin and plate thick/thin in Define Area options (for 1 way or 2 way). Please reply. Also, do you have email id or facebook page where I can message you Sir.Thanks.
This feature is broken, when I divide the sheel in more shells (to apply differente loads, for example) the load (one way or two way) distribution is not well calculated. This worked correctly in previous versions :(

kindly make a detailed video on m11 & m22 shell stresses their directions and direction of bars for m11 and m22, it will help many engineers

Please explain me about plate thick and plate thin, she'll thin and shell thick, membrane and when have to use different options?
What are diffreneces between visible face and top or bottom face? Where is visible face ?

Can you please explain the reason for bottom reinforcement values getting very less even in unit mm2.

Which version you are using?
One way slab two way slab load distribution in safe..pls explain
Gracias
Thanks.
