After just a week of trying your various videos, the bursitis that rears up in my left hip has quieted down significantly. In some ways, it is similar to yoga in that you don't jump around and jar the body. Elongating lines, focusing on posture and breathing are critical in yoga. It seems it is in belly dancing too.

I wanted to put a few words here. I love love love belly dancing as an art form and find it also extremely hard to learn. I have trained in Indian classical dance. Your videos are just amazing it helps me learn the basics of belly dancing and get the moves correctly and more precisely. I love the way you teach your classes. All the best to you keep doing what you do, you inspire so many women.
