That Libby climbed over some really nasty stuff and didn't even spin a wheel. I love the massive torque of my CRD, it makes pulling a trailer or pushing through snow a breeze.
That was tremendous! I've never seen a KJ do that. Of course, you need a damn good driver. Second, the rig had better be up to snuff too. Obviously, you have both. Well done.
I like what you have done I also have 05 KJ liberty and has jeepingbyal's front lift kit the front and back are set for about 3" lift I running 28 inch as factory Just odered 16"x8" with 4.5 back space I would like them 33'sX 11" wide on do you think I will be ok with some trimming hahaha and here is my ride on the 28 inch KJ Liberty gets bottomed out
hello beautiful kj ..I'm building one as well I've already trimmed the front flare thinking of doing the same to my front bumper . question is how did you trim the back flares ????
+ryder452 The front and rear bumpers are from Rock Lizard Fabrications (google it), but I just checked their website and they are no longer making & selling bumpers. The rock sliders are also from Rock Lizard and they are still making those. The fender flares are stock, they are simply trimmed/cut.
I made the headlights by hollowing out stock headlights and inserting HID lights and LED halo. However, I have since changed to standard Jeep-sized LED lights by customizing an after-market bracket. New ones are even better. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KJZNM7P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BBNTIVG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
hi man! nice kj! being a CRD how did you solve the issue with the front and install the 4" lift? i have a 2.5 JBA but i heard the 4 inch one is really hard to do... thanks a lot!
+guguagheu I haven't heard about any problems putting the 4" JBA lift on a CRD. You could check with JBA and they could tell you for sure, but not problem putting it on my KJ. The hard part was getting 33" tires to work. That required a lot of cutting and pounding and fender liner removal.
JBA 4 inch suspension system installed by local shop here in southern Utah. Also steel Dana 30 front differential, JE Reel cut CV axles, ARB lockers, and Atlas transfer case.
I made the headlights by rebuilding the stock headlights and inserting high intensity projectors and LED strips. Lots of info on the internet how to do that.
I have an 05 crd with only 24k miles. Thought about trading for a jku but id get nothing on my trade in. Doing an upgrade like yours seems to be a cheaper alternative. Or is it? Did you do the upgrade? What does a 4 inch lift by Al run? Did they do your upgrade? They're quite far from me. Id have to have the parts shipped to colo and have a local shop do the upgrade for me.
I've probably got 20k into this. Kind of wish I'd done a SFA instead of upgrading the front IFS. Check LostJeeps forum for lots of info on Liberty builds.
Guess the next time someone tells me "it's not a Real Jeep" or "it's a girl's Jeep" I should show them this this vid. I got a 5 speed, 4wd. I would never dare do this. It's nice to know it's capable of way more than I will ever need.
William, any chance we can exchange email information so that I may ask you a few questions? Most of the pics you posted on your build thread will no longer show and I really wanted to see some of the work you did in the rear. Thanks man!
I love my 06 liberty.she has so much potential.just ❤️ her. And yes...I refer her as a female...I am Hispanic...and a truck in Spanish...is refered as female.she is my girl and I love her.sweet truck.A car...in Spanish...is refered as male...it's just the languish of things.😊😊😊😊she is sweet.😊
Awesome KJ! That thing is a nice little crawler
@6:08 never seen a Liberty so composed before. Kudos.
that final climb damn!
Dude your my inspiration! I just got an 04 liberty. Want to build it up. But keep getting haters to tell me my Jeep sucks. :(
awsome, thank you for the great vid. had me bitting my nails there for a while.
You may have been biting your nails, but I was pooping my pants :)
Absolutely love your KJ! Do you have a build thread somewhere where I can find out a little more about your Jeep?
That Libby climbed over some really nasty stuff and didn't even spin a wheel.
I love the massive torque of my CRD, it makes pulling a trailer or pushing through snow a breeze.
I agree. The torque is awesome.
Brilliant Bill, best one yet.
I'VE GOT TO KNOW THE SUSPENSION UPRADES ALSO THE FENDER FLARES AND GRILL INSERTS THOSE ARE SWEET
Suspension is JBA. Fender flares are cut from stock. Grille is stock.
That was tremendous! I've never seen a KJ do that. Of course, you need a damn good driver. Second, the rig had better be up to snuff too. Obviously, you have both. Well done.
Really beautiful! what is the brand of the rear bumper?
I love my girl o6 Jeep liberty.😊
Would love any details on your liberty as far as lift in stuff I just recently purchased one.
Love the paint
WOW impressive! What lift and what size tires are you using?
amazing, good driver and good luck
Simply amazing 😉
As always great vid
Incredible. Very good vidéo and good driver :-)
:)
Would really love to see a video of all the mods you have on this Jeep. Did you just cut the front fender flares?
Conny Bjaaland I will try to make such a video soon.
That would be awesome.
I'm really interested in how you opened up your rear tire wells. Did you have to cut the door? What else did you cut back?
I like the fender how did u do that and what lift do u have
Hi William did you know where I could find the front fenders in Internet? Tnx from italy
I like what you have done I also have 05 KJ liberty and has jeepingbyal's front lift kit the front and back are set for about 3" lift I running 28 inch as factory Just odered 16"x8" with 4.5 back space I would like them 33'sX 11" wide on do you think I will be ok with some trimming hahaha and here is my ride on the 28 inch KJ Liberty gets bottomed out
Is this the same one at DSU?
Can you recommend a few good websites for you accessories? I am having difficulties finding a snorkel and rear bumper. Nice set up.
hello beautiful kj ..I'm building one as well I've already trimmed the front flare thinking of doing the same to my front bumper . question is how did you trim the back flares ????
Where did you get half the parts you put on that damn thing. I have a KJ and cant find hardly any off road parts
+ryder452
jeepinbyal.com for suspension. also check lostjeeps forum for answers to everything about liberty's
how did you get your fender flares? and the rear bumper? Links?
+ryder452

How did you cut them?
+ryder452
I used a small cutting wheel on a Dremel tool, but whatever works.
Don’t underestimate what these jeeps are capable of, I have one with 252,700 miles.
Nice driving!
Pretty sad and bad ass at the same time. Ifs liberty doing just as good as a solid axle. Damn good driver!
where did you get that front bumper
Interested in the headlights. What brand/kind was installed here?
I made the headlights by hollowing out stock headlights and inserting HID lights and LED halo. However, I have since changed to standard Jeep-sized LED lights by customizing an after-market bracket. JBA 4 inch suspension system installed by local shop here in southern Utah. Also steel Dana 30 front differential, JE Reel cut CV axles, ARB lockers, and Atlas transfer case.
Where did you get those lights I want some like those but I can't find them

Who works on your jeep in SLC?
Dixie 4WD in St George for custom work , and Zion Motors (also SG) for common repairs. I don't have a clue about the radiator
Guess the next time someone tells me "it's not a Real Jeep" or "it's a girl's Jeep" I should show them this this vid.

Sorry for really slow response. You can email me at WilliamWaddyxyz@gmail.com (minus the xyz). Happy to share build info.

I love my liberty too, but in a purely plutonic way.
Can't believe your doing all that on a 2wd! Skillz!
What? That's 4WD with an Atlas transfer case and ARB lockers front and rear. No way this could be done in 2WD.
+William Waddy Ahhh I see
Lol mrs trying to spot for him n he goes opposite way as the one she says haha
I'm from Yemen
I guess you probably have a lot of rock and sand there too.
