Epic Water Park in England! Splashdown Poole - All Slides POV

- Take a ride on ALL water slides at Splashdown Poole in England. There are two Splashdown Water Parks in the UK - one in Paignton (Quaywest) and one in Poole, close to Bournemouth. The venue in Poole is considerably larger and features a wider range of water slides. Splashdown Poole's footprint is incredibly small since the park only consists of rides - there are no larger pools or a Lazy River. Yet the park features inside and outside rides. The indoor area is home to the majority of rides, including the Dragon's Lair water slide, the interactive 'Infinity' bowl ride and the Mississippi Drifter inner tube slide. The latter is partially situated outside the building, however, the outside part is closed during winter so one of the body slides is used as a 'bypass', allowing the ride to operate year-round. The outdoor water slide complex features four slides in total, namely The Screamer and Velocity speed slides, as well as two inner tube slides. Splashdown has one of the best ride lineups in the entire country, especially since Wet 'n' Wild North Shields has closed for good.

Guests should be aware of the ticketing system of the park. As of October 2022, an online ticket is required to enter the park. There are no day passes - guests can only choose from a two or three hour session. Every guest, except for spectators, receives a wristband upon entry which needs to be scanned at every water slide prior to riding. Once the session has expired, the traffic lights will no longer turn green when scanning the wristband. It is a bit annoying to scan the wristband for every ride and even the three hour session is quite short when it is busy.

I recommend you going to a waterpark in Portugal called Aquashow Park Hotel and it is the biggest waterpark in Portugal.

I’ve been to both splashdowns, I’d say the poole one is better as it’s open all year round, Paignton one is outdoor mostly
I actually went here but sadly the outdoor bit was closed because it was cold, classic British weather
I went here about 3 Years ago it’s so fun and I’m going there again this summer
i love splashdown but hate going up those outside stairs, they're always so cold and you can see all the way down and im scared of heights lol

does any POV exist of the old Torpedo Run slide before it got demolished for dragon's lair?
It used to start off from a large tower in the carpark, was probably the tallest slide splashdown ever had. I remember seeing it in the mid 1990s but was too scared to ride it lol
All the 'flume' rides seem so short, and its crazy to me that despite the shortness of the rides, the UKs largest outdoor one in paington is actually smaller than the UKs largest indoor waterpark up in Blackpool. And by 2025 the 3rd largest indoor waterpark in the world will open near Manchester!
This is great for the north, but I live over 200 miles away in the south... We have nothing apart from this vid or the outdoor one in Paignton, however having said that, the rides in Paignton are pretty much the same, 2 rubber ring flumes that are pretty much mirror opposites, a devils drop (careful it scratches yer back) 3 rides that uses a mat to ride on (and they are pretty much identical) and a "screamer" which is a dark tunnel ride that just drops but very short.... What I'm saying is yes, there are 7 rides, but many are copycats, so only 4 ride varieties in real life, and this is the UKs largest outdoor waterpark? Its quite pathetic if you ask me.

If that's the case it's probably music from UA-cam's massive royalty free collection. Very hard to locate songs that you like from videos when those are used, and a majority of videos use them.

It’s a bit rundown but still has a good selection of slides
We've seen parks in way poorer condition, especially in the UK and Ireland. It's an older park fore sure, however, it is comparatively well maintained. Some parts of the park could be a bit cleaner though.

I lived very near this place ,watched it waste away ,I would never allowed kids in their as bloody safety risk ,should move it to better location as building on old golf course camford heath area going put huge lake soccer ground there be perfect place kids have huge area be in safe environment.
