Are there certain tricks you’ve done during this past month that you’re interested in re-visiting? Either to just get it again or become more consistent with them? On the other side, are there any that you think ‘I never want to try one of those again’
Ahh man, the 5-0 to blunt to fakie was awesome! Trick idea: Fakie backside pivot to frontside pivot Not sure if you can get over the blunt position you basically automatically fall into. I've been thinking about that one and tried a little Not sure if it's doable, though. I wouldn't mind a trick tip of *Bs Nosegrind* on transition. One of my go-to grinds on ledges but it's so different on a coping, can't seem wrap my head around it.
I tried todo a big chin up session yesterday and was weakened and unable todo forward grip reps of chin ups after half an hour... That's lame I know I just wanna do max chin ups all day but I am too weak!
One word of advice: take it wide and just kinda aim yourself onto the coping and put weight on the and stand on top of that coping! It's kinda like a wide kickturn and just letting it lift you on top

i prefer the Tom Penny method.. at the very end tap down to 50/50 and then fakie in but that was sick.. now try it 5/0 to blunt to bs disaster
