Hey guys! This is one of my favorite songs from All Sons & Daughters and the church I have been going to has played this song quite a few times this year. I felt very inspired to cover this song after worshiping in a large congregation together. This song is pretty easy for the most part. The toughest part is the build up with the snare rolls in my opinion. The challenge that I had with recording this song was remembering the different beats that the drummer used. There is a different beat for every part, so that was quite a challenge to feel the music and also remember where I was.
I hope you guys like this new cover and check out All Sons & Daughters! They are an amazing band and I fell in love with them when I was traveling to Turkey a couple summers ago. I was not a fan of folk music for a quite a long time, but I finally accepted their music and listen to it all the time.
