payak samui dominated this guy in all 3 fights. knocked him down 3 times and have had him request the 2 min break thing. still all three fights have been draw because of absurd rule set.

Soe Lin Oo got KOed twice both time in the frst round ( first and second fight ) .
Soe Lin Oo got schooled twice ( second and third round ) .
Soe Lin Oo fight Payak Samui for 15 rounds all in his own Lethwei rules in Burma and yet if have scoring Payak Samui win 9 rounds out of 15 ( 1 round of the first fight , 4 of the second fight and 4 of the third fight ) , Soe Lin Oo only win 6 rounds ( 4 rounds of the first fight , 1 from second fight and 1 from third fight ) .
Payak Samui can KO Soe Lin Oo out cold ( second fight ) .
In first fight Payak Samui just come back from retired and still he can knockdown Soe Lin Oo twice and domianted him for the entire round very easy , if have score Soe Lin Oo lose first round 10-5 for Payak Samui very embarrassing ( 2 knockdowns plus got badly dominated until the end of the round ) .
Second fight Soe Lin Oo got KOed out cold in the first round , if in WLC rules no revive then Soe Lin Oo would of been finished there and then .
Soe Lin Oo lucky that traditional Burma Lethwei rules have revive if in international Lethwei rules ( WLC ) then Soe Lin Oo lose very easy .
After round 1 ended Soe Lin Oo try to come back but Payak Samui outclass him for 3 rounds , Soe Lin Oo only won one rounds out of five .
Third fight no KO , TKO or Knockdown but Soe Lin Oo got schooled for 4 rounds and only win 1 round .
Payak Samui in second and third fight can fight very easy against Soe Lin Oo who is best P4P Burmese Lethwei fighter of this generation .
Only first fight was competitive but still Payak Samui should of got a 10-5 rounds if have scoring ( WLC have scoring ) Soe Lin Oo win last 4 sounds but it's still Payak Samui who should of gotten 46-45 if have decision .
BTW Payak Samui always want to fight Soe Lin Oo in Thai Fight and KO him in front of all of Thailand but Soe Lin Oo refuse to this day to come to Thailand , come to Thai Fight , fight in Muay Thai rules or fight in Kard Chuek against Payak Samui .
Payak Samui must come to Myanmar 3 times and still can beat Soe Lin Oo 3 times .
If Soe Lin Oo come to Thai Fight Kard Chuek and fight Payak Samui he will get KO and this time no revive rules .
In Thai Fight at 67-71 KG have Saiyok , Dejrit , P.T.T. , Saenchai , Sathanfah , Pakorn , Sudsakorn , Kitti Saensathan , Pongsiri and Payak Samui all of them can KO Soe Lin Oo .
Also all of them are very good level or Grade B 67-70 KG but none of them are Grade A or elite level ( except for Saensatharn who is elite level or Grade A ) and yet they can all beat Soe Lin Oo in Muay Thai or even Lethwei rules .
One thing to know is that Payak Samui was never one of the best Thai at his weigh , he never win any title in Lumpini or Radja stadiums , he lose to best Thai like Jomthong and P.T.T .

@@patricks5776 would love to actually dying to . too bad can't fight professionally due to poor ( very poor ) eye sight. No contact lens = i don't see shits , as bad as this and the medic and docs never let me compete in the past . All i did was inter club , hard sparring and amateur ( in the sandpit when i was really young ) . Later MTBF ( Lethwei federation ) advice me to become a coach wich i did. Looking for a decent laser eye surgery ( Lassik - sport friendly result ) but none guarantee 100% success - normal version. So just coaching lethwei , muay thai , bando at the moment . Cheers .
