I bought same car new but unfortunately had a bad accident and in any other hot hatch of the day I would have been dead but the amount of safety features of this car are amazing which all worked to save me
I'm negotiating the purchase of a 1971 GTV 1750, a very rusty but straight and complete car. Looks like you have done a very good job here but painting the aluminum engine is something I would never do. Unless that was bead or some other media cleaning.
Very little content on the bodyshell repairs ….. did you replace the rocker sections, any floor pans, door skins, etc ? I’ve fully restored a number of these cars and all without exception have corrosion in the inner rockers and the bottoms of the A & B pillars due to poor design in the rocker structure. Door frames all rust at the bottom due to poor drainage. Pictures of repainted components are great but would have been more interesting to see what repairs were done to the body shell.
My father owned a red 1973 with original stamped wheels and hubcaps back in the late 1970s in Brazil. Not many people know this, but Giugiaro was the person who actually designed this car, while he worked for Bertone in the mid 1960s, but he never got credit for it.
I bought in 1984 Alfasud Ti 1.5 QV and I almost killed myself in her….twice!! Nevertheless I cherish her memory so much and dream of finding one but its close to impossible

In 1986, I bought myself a Black 3 Door,1984 Alfa Sud 1.5 Ti Cloverleaf and what a car it was ....

Ficou muito lindo ! Parabéns!

Absolutely beautiful restoration! Looks gorgeous with those eight spoke Panasport? wheels. How can you resist running them all the time?

restoration ? no bodyshell repairs ? only plastic and filler ? oh my god
come stravolgere una vettura storica cambiate il titolo questo non è un restauro
Gold paint on cap nuts etc? I assume it was a customer request? Arabs? Red paint on throttle linkage? Really?
