Such a great video! You are an amazing chef! ❤
OMG! Once a week? I'm good for once or twice a year! Your friends are quite lucky.😊😊😊
Chef Caitlin your an amazing cook. It all looks delicious 😋.
This is really making me hungry, everything looks deliciouss
Does TipToe ever cook meals for you? On Mother's Day?
Next time you do ribs, try peeling the translucent membrane off the inside of them first, and also, a thin coating of mustard will help the rub stick better and you won't taste the mustard after they're cooked.
omg THANK YOU. Yes I am very new to the grilling world but want to put in a ton of hours these warmer months. Step 1 - membrane off (had to watch a video for this one)
Fantastic Dinner Party! Thanks for sharing!
Everything looks delish!!!!!...enjoy
Wow Caitlin can cook up a storm, nice
Everything looks so yummy! I love the idea of the butcher block paper-so cool and clever.
BTW-don’t put tomatoes in the fridge, it destroys their flavor. For a tomato salad, just prepare the salad and leave it on the counter-it will be fine for a few hours-then add the cheese or other dairy before serving.
Omg thank you!!!
This also happened to Big Jim in "Uses Cars."
You have a Bronco and can cook😊 God bless America
Being a uniquely phenominal pet partner; Bleeding Dodger Blue; Teaching us Tortoise, and devoted commitment, all good !! >> Planning, preparing and executing an awesome 'backyard barbeque' dinner party ••• Now, you're just Showing Off ....well played !!
Loved it. 👍
Girl, you can host and COOK!!!
😮 I didn’t know you were a grill master! I cook all the time, if you want any grill marinades let me know I got tons!
Oh, this was so fun to watch...even though I'm now craving BBQ ribs at 6:30 in the AM. But this reminded me of the get-togethers I used to go to when I was your age. Thanks for sharing.
Ribs at 6:30 am is just YUM
This video makes me hungry, I LOVE ribs!!😋
wow! so efficient!
you seem really talented at making food! that strawberry shortcake was beautiful! glad you had fun!
my family should do this kind of thing more often
we usually only invite a crowd of people when it's someone's birthday XD
Looks so good Caitlin.😊
Tippy is the host with the most!
Oooh Kaitilin. Everything seems to be soooooo good,. But there is nothing for Tiptoe. Sniff... I'm about to found a charity called GMFTBNFTT... Good Meals for The Blonde, Nothing For the Turtle. I''m sure that Tiptoe will be my first member ! :-) Enjoy the meal and a big kiss to you and Tiptoe from Switzerland !!! :-)
Caitlin you’re so beautiful & awsome! Good job ! It all looks delicious 👍
Everything looked delicious 😋
Looks delicious!
Your fridge looks a bit like mine......lots of green stuff....we also have a torti😂❤
When it's filled we call it the happy fridge - mixed and maxed out
Need the recipe for those scallop potatoes.😊
Aaaahhhhhh, You're killing me!
Now I’m hungry! 😋 🤗👍
Showing your other talents ❤
That's a lot of food!😲
Roadtrip🚗
Not sure why she would season the back side. She didn't take the membrane off. Flavor doesn't get in and it does cook away.
That all looked amazing! And you made everything fresh, no boxed food. I am now craving ribs😁what was the meat that looked kind of like a boomerang.?? That looked delicious too!
❤❤❤
Yum 😋
Great cooking.
Wow, girl, you living large. 😊😊
Wish i could of had a taste..lol..all looked so delicious!!
Well done! 💜
Use indirect heat for ribs!
great content, the food looks delicious ! next time try grilling the tri-tip with rock salt only. you will love it!
Very nice. Next time with the ribs. Fresh, not frozen if possible. Have to pull the membrane, and trim the tips. Try an apple juice brown sugar marinade before the dry rub, and most importantly, cook indirect heat low and slow for approx 12-14 hrs. You could add water soaked apple wood for smoke. Serve with sweet & sour coleslaw. Will share my recipes if you want. But good job!! Or would you like my families recipe for borscht. Real Russian comfort food!!!
Thank you!!! I had no idea about the membrane -- I have to try them again. Apple juice brown sugar marinade omg I am going to need to do this ASAP that sounds so good
@caitlinandtiptoe to make marinade. 1 bottle Angry Orchard hard apple cider 12-16 Oz. 1 liter or so apple juice. 2 cups dark brown sugar or 2 1/2 cup light brown sugar. Dash cinnamon heat liquid to simmer wisk in sugar and cinnamon to desolve. Let cool to room temp. Prepare ribs once thawed or fresh, trim top and tips save tips and tops to quarter into rib bits. Dry rib racks with Paper towels . Place bone side up with tip of sharp knife carefully pry between rib and membrane at corner. Once you get a corner lifted, take a paper towel and lift in steady motion the membrane from the rib rack. In aluminum disposable pan, pour cooled marinade then add salt and cracked black pepper and 3-4 garlic cloves mix. Place rib racks in pan can stack racks just make sure its covered. Cover with cling wrap or pan cover. Refrig over night or at least 4 hrs. Take out of marinade blot dry with paler towel, add your dry rub. Cook12-14 hr indirect heat set gril temp 200-215 ° F baist and rotate with. Warmed marmalade frequently. Ribs done at internal temp 180-195° for fall off the bone. If you want sweet& sour coleslaw just ask. Give Tiptoe a scruch on his shell from me and Hendrix, my cat (boss). Glad he has recovered!!
Where’s…THOSE BETTER NOT BE TIPTOE’S RIBS!
hahahahahhah omg I audibly laughed at this
👍👍
No ribs for T? He's stuck with the lettuce.
Tortoise friendly ribs coming soon. I can cut them off of a watermelon lol
The food looks so delicious and my mouth is watering ❤❤❤ Fun with good friends 🧡 ❤❤Joan

Impressive.
You do this once a week? Wow-amazing menu. Does toe come over on weekends?
I think I just put on some weight watching the video😂😂
You have a chameleon and lots of not-TT pets, right? You should do a pets dinner party. Cameleon, TT and all eating in back yard would be great
that is such a fun idea!!! omg
When you get married is tiptoe going to be in the Wedding ceremony??? 😃❤️
Wish i could join 😢
Nice vidoe
nice boy in Irvine 💋 ! LippsKiss's
It must be hard on your friends knowing they’ll never be as cool as your tortoise. 😂🤷♂️
I got to host something now ☺️
Hi Caitlyn. I’m 14 years old and I have a 7 month old tortoise who I love so much. Right now his diet consists of leafy greens and pellets, we switch them every other day. We occasionally give him hibiscus pedals or fruit. Anything else I should include in his diet? Also wanting to know what year he will really start growing?
Here is a little blurb that we got from a vet a couple of years ago - * When they are hatchlings, they should eat grass, dandelions, chopped kale/collard greens, zucchini, timothy hay/orchard grass (try soaking in water)
* Your goal is to be low protein, and you’ll want to maintain a variety of foods in the diet
* If he’s a picky eater, you can try a strawberry, a piece of red bell pepper, or even a banana! Those have been said to help non-eating tortoises with their color and smell! Once they start eating those guys you can switch to more greens!
@@caitlinandtiptoe OH MY GOSH THANK YOU! And what can I do to get an attachment with me and my tortoise, like a bond.
I want the recipe for your marinade for the shrimp. Please
1 pound large shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
I marinated it overnight but 30 minutes should do the trick! I also saved a wee bit of marinade to put over top after they came off the grill. I've cooked them in the pan and they've been fab as well. Please let me know how they go!
tiptoe should of been helping out his momma
Are you a full time content creator? Do you do IRL culinary work?
Prior to working for Tiptoe full time I was working to become a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) :) I have my masters in Special Education and Behavior Support
Nooooooo mr T
Caitlin; If you can cook like that, how can I be your friend? You and I are similar when hosting a get together; I also enjoy cooking, but I'm more into Texas style bar-b-que ( smoking the meat low and slow for hours) I once smoked a brisket for 18 hours
