I have this car past 1 yr and I enjoy the drive every time I drive. I had a grand i10 and a wagon r and trust me I don't miss them a bit if we consider the price and quality of the car in this range.... much better than 800 alto etc
I owe this car 800cc vairant , very good car, nice ac, steering and very practical for daily use. I find it better then alto 800, kwid 0.8

@@faisalfaridi4518 sir if it's your first family car then consider buying alto 800 or alto k10. Maruti has better service network, parts availability, good overall product. Datsun cars have part + service related issue.

I bought the AMT version of this car in March 2018. The car is a perfect fit for beginners and city driving. Had a wonderful experience until I came across this specific problem where the Malfunction Indicator Lamp on the dashboard lights and the car suddenly stops then and there upon major vibrating. The car started only after 10 mins. I faced the very same problem thrice and the company has failed to resolve this issue. This is a huge disappointment and an issue as it puts the safety at stake. Shocked and annoyed upon having to face this major issue within 2 months after buying the car.
Has the issue resolved
I am the proud owner of Redigo 2018 model. It is way better than Kwid, Eon and Alto in terms of handling, seating posture, leg space, ground clearance etc. ❤

@@StreetSmartst ji fourth year hai average above 19 , Ac still powerful, engine smooth , ground clearance superb. Blindly lelo dont worry. As m using since 4 years no issue. My friends have sat in car , my own motor driver coach was impressed with power steering and smooth clutch and gear. Aur kya chahiye. Go ahead dont worry

Three things are missing from your review..
We bought this car, drove and liked too, however would like to share three imp missing in this car.
1. Inside rearview mirror is not prismatic meaning it cannot be used flapped at night. It is only for day vision and during night, the deeper will flash the mirror heavily causing irritation, and since it does not have night mode, only option is to down or up the mirror completely closing the view.
2. Boot cannot be opened by remote or even key from out side.. To open boot, the level is given near to fuel lid opener beneath driver seat.. very frustrating... seems weird why and how datsun engineers got this idea ? Suppose you are coming back from mall after shopping and loaded with bags, you can not just simply press remote boot key and open boot..
3. Central locking is not possible by key.. it can be all doors locked only by remote and not by key.. again frustrating.
However, if you can fix for above, car is indeed worth deal for 4L. good pick-up, mileage, autodrive, very comfortable during traffic, nice look and comfort seating, and lastly, 185mm ground clearance.

Redi go Ka milege Sabse Zyada hai it Gives 20 KMPL in real driving condition Which is More than any car of this Competition. the clutch and Steering is breeze to use among the the competition. It is the king in Road visibility among the competittion.
I know that every vehicle in this Competition is good but for a people who loves driving, Road Visibility and steering is of utmost Importance than cars resale Value. We buy car for its Comfort And Enjoyment in Driving. where Redigo is the best. that is Why I have purchased Redi Go long long Ago when this Video was uploaded by Free Advice. Ha Ha...................

Everything boils down to only one issue. Can you trust your car to take you from point A to B without breaking down. Bought brand new model Datsun redigo AMT 1.0. Just a month over, Car has been to service station twice. Took them 2 weeks at the service station on repeated asking they would say the problem is getting solved. And they finally returned the car. Without an invoice, after one week same problem surfaced. Car stops at midway while driving. Second time also service team is clueless and can't even comment on when they can return it back. Nissan better dissolve Datsun if their own show room can't fix a brand new car which has hardly driven 1000km. Hopeless service from EVM kalamassery. Beware!

@@@modisphysics9272, no idea sir about CNG, but for mileage u take the car for a 200 plus km drive, thereafter it should improve. My car gives 25 in highways and 18 in city areas.
