My wife told him she'll put it on her car and take it before she pays somebody $200 for maybe 30 mins of their time total for something as easy as that. He said he would have to leave and get a trailer (I wasn't there at that time) he tried to tell her he needed a full truck and trailer for those 3 things like what kinda truck do you have? A Subaru brat? People kept commenting and saying like 100 150 and stuff and finally this guy messaged her and said he would do it for free. He said what happened to people being neighborly anymore? People helping people fist to help doesn't happen anymore they always ask what's in it for me first. @@jimparsons9454 how did you get hit by a flushed toilet 8 feet in the air? Im a plumber got knocked off a ladder in a sewage pit at a prison that had a blocked line. 10 foot fall landed on grinder pump and then went swimming in raw sewage.

Pretty cool process. Hope that helps you. We did a lot of that years ago to fix underground commercial swimming pool pipes.

So, just a random here from UA-cam recommended; but my dad was a plumber for like 15 years. I remember he used to always show me pictures (some small company thing they documented everything they did) of some of the more “interesting” (his words) stuff he’s worked on. Barbie heads in toilet drains, clogged P-traps, chocolate milk flowing out of drain clean outs. Now he tends to help out plumbers when they come take care of stuff that’s a bit big for him, or he doesn’t feel like doing it. The local plumbing company gave him like a 100$ labor discount for helping the guys replace the main line under the yard and add a clean out. Anyhow, Love the video, and I plan to send this to him he will love it.

Sweet video. As a homeowner I got to say after trying to solder in ceilings and stuff close to the supply, shark bite fittings are a godsend. Just have to suck it up and spend $20 a piece. Worth it!
I'm 6'-1"and when a looky-loo was way too close, I would start to strategically move my tool bag closer and closer to them as I readjusted under the toilet working on an angle stop in a small bathroom. Works like a charm!
That’s just the install of the liner, a “balloon” pipe goes inside and is inflated to 10psi and expands the liner wall to wall until it cures and the balloon is pulled out at the end
yeah those vac trucks are pretty awesome. i used to do sewer maintenance for my city, and we used a truck pretty much identical to the one you showed for nearly every dig. especially with our ground being mostly hardpack clay and large rock, those things are awesome. pressure washer is strong enough to cut through the clay like butter and the suction off the vacuum can easily pick up a rock that weighs about the same as a person.
Look up “Trenchless Pipelining” for that sewer line “fix”. The inserted line ends up getting inflated and then hardens. I believe it is a fiberglass type liner that gets inverted into the pipe. Requires special equipment
The liner gets inserted then pressurized somewhat with very hot water, that hardens the liner. It seals some pretty decent sized holes. After hardening a robot thing is run through the pipe, camera finds the circular bulges where lines connect, and a saw cuts a port there.
but this type of repair is not done by most residential plumbers, the setup is very expensive. Where I live in florida the city just went through and jacketed all their 10 inch mains. the system blows it up like a balloon until it hardens.
Just the other day while changing out a shower mixing unit, I had a guy watching who had heavy breathing reactions to every move I made. He literally gasp at every slip of the wrench or water spillage...
The dude over your shoulder everytime. it's worse when they're their own contractor and they have no idea what they're doing. Lol have this guy were doing a reno for dude barely pays, questions everything we do, changes plans half through and is never there when he says he will be to let us in the house.
I always assumed it was awkward to just sit over someone's shoulder when they work on something at my place, but I do at the end like them to do a quick show and tell of the service
I've always heard if you don't like people watching you have something to hide lol. Not saying you personally do just a saying. I do like to watch because I can pick up on things really quick so if it's something small I don't have to call someone if it happens again. But I always ask anyways if they care if I watch that way at least it won't be awkward for them.
@peroh right? Other people have jobs they have to do in front of customers all the time. They're not special lol they can be watched and you are in my home too I've heard of people stealing stuff as well so there's that.
When your HVAC, your plumbing and your electrical go out...”grab some blankets, light some candles and CALL THE PLUMBER!!!!” Master plumber here. Plumbers protect the health of the nation. Pipe is round because plumbers can’t cut corners. (I made that up)
I absolutely love being an HVAC guy! You're a true hero from the time ya fix it to the time ya give em the bill. 😇 PS - You get me outta bed, you're paying me for it.
The stuff that came out in the first clip were baby wipes and thats exactly why it says not to flush them..after the toilet paper shortages recently there is going to be alot more of that happening.they put that stuff on the package for a reason
I'm Hvac and think we overcharge too, but there's a good reason. I did installs and they're pretty cruel to the body. 130°F in an attic for 6 hrs can kill you if your not prepared, but the servicing side can be a little on the finessing side. Here in Phoenix, anyone will pay whatever amount to get their A/c to work when its 115°f daily.
@@cafenightster4548 exactly man, I used to have all trades in house but as of covid my HVAC techs are sub contract i.e. $200 to come and diagnose a fridge 😆 finesse is an understatement, I charge $150 for the diagnostic so he had to come down. Also here in Miami these are mostly water source heat pumps in an AC closet above the water heater. Install takes about 4 hours (removal and disposal of old unit) I pay $400-$500 to my techs for this. I've had guys tell me they would do it for $800 lol how much would I have to charge the customer 😅
@@cafenightster4548 and not for nothing, it's the one trade that has the most complications. I've seen an AC have trouble because the wire harness was faulty and needed tl be replaced. When changing the board and thermostat (bracket and all) didn't work we tried changing out the harness. I respect the trade. I guess maybe I should have studied it instead lol 👀
As someone who's dad and grandfather are/where plumbers we at least go around the house once a year to clean out the traps usually not alot comes out but never had a backed up system in like 50 some years
My favorite plumbing story is the contractors who mentored my brother and the building business once used gutter downspout for a drainage line from a door well drain. Just imagine the trouble those homeowners were destined for. In my own home, the biggest mystery is why it takes 3 gallons of water to get hot water in my shower when there is only 3 quarts of volume in the pipe from the heater to the showerhead . I crawled all through the attic, looking for some sort of crossed line, but never did figure it out 😢
I’m NOT a plumber! But anytime a tradesman comes, I ask one question: can I help or do ya want me to get the #%¥& outta the way! You know what the answer is every time ❤️😎

Subbed quicker than a shark bite. Can’t wait to see more from you. Way to make plumbing upbeat unlike others haha.
3:15 I would NOT be grabbing used toilet paper with my bare hands, YUCK
I've sure they've been in worse so that's like nothing to them.
And thats why plumbers make money, Thankyou.
@@bordaymoo9228 No professional plumber would use his bare hands to touch used toilet paper.
But imagine the taste

I thought about being a plumber but this is the kind of stuff that haunts ya. Thank God I'm an electrician
I hear ya bro, that's why I am a refrigeration tech
Awesome that you were featured in a news clip reporting on the plumbing issues after the winter storm blew through Texas
I just ask them to hand me stuff. Lol
@@maxgilbert18 That would of worked also, pure gold if they knew how to turn their water back on.
As a plumber that’s only been doing plumbing for 3 years! It’s not for the weak stomachs!
Pure, good, old and dry plumber humor =D
Well done, sir.
Ok so the simple fart sounds when you cut to the next scene are killing me man 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Rule #32. Enjoy the little things 😌
I've done sliplining using HDPE pipe inside uPVC or earthenware pipe.....pneumatic and hydraulic types..(thanks van leer)
@@Bodi2000 it also can be done with steam.
but this type of repair is not done by most residential plumbers, the setup is very expensive.

The "this might be were covid started" comment earned you my Sub!! 🤣🤣🤣
The dude over your shoulder everytime. it's worse when they're their own contractor and they have no idea what they're doing. Lol have this guy were doing a reno for dude barely pays, questions everything we do, changes plans half through and is never there when he says he will be to let us in the house.
Yo the editing on this made me cry laughing
Hello Grayson 😎
So we meet again. Hello Repeatedly Banned😎
Here before this man becomes a viral meme
This is my new favorite channel hahahaha I love the edits lol
So positive, I like this video man, you seem like an awesome dude
Yumm nacho cheese I have chips 12:20
I like how you don’t act like a know it all.
I can’t stand watchers!! Especially when it’s a Tenant over your shoulder....
Oh, I love it. I like to show off my tradescraft lol
Right its weird, he/she just stands there and watches you lmao. Like say something, talk to me
When your HVAC, your plumbing and your electrical go out...”grab some blankets, light some candles and CALL THE PLUMBER!!!!” Master plumber here.
I was cleaning this pipe thoroughly once, the customer was very satisfied. 9 months later she calls me ant tells me it's a boy 🤷🏼♂️
this one is really good lmao
Those guys are hero’s from a he first clip
The X files music playing on the two guys in the flooding hole killed me lol. Your editing team is top notch
This is really good content. Having fun while learning tips and tricks from professional plumber. Next level of reaction video.
All those things you said were true about hvac techs lol the most overcharged trade brother lol. And here in Miami HVAC is fairly important
Sees all the sh*t everyone has to deal with
Me: *Laughs in pool plumber
I think he nailed it on the head with the mechanic one. 😂
I crawled all through the attic, looking for some sort of crossed line, but never did figure it out 😢
I swear to god as I watched this video I began to smell sewage.
I’m NOT a plumber! But anytime a tradesman comes, I ask one question: can I help or do ya want me to get the #%¥& outta the way! You know what the answer is every time ❤️😎
Oh wow first 50 comment squad
Oh hell no! Mechanics don’t have anger problems! YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM! And where TF is my 10mm?! 😂
TIL: Plumbing reactions can be entertaining AND educational. Subbed.
