My brother walked in the dining room and thought I brought some slices of red velvet cheesecake from the cheesecake factory. He was upset. They were slices equally as big as the real ones. But then left and brought him and me some real slices.

Okay I can’t figure out why my mouth is watering over clay, caulking and paint!!! The ice cream was crazy good looking!! I would love to see a real sweet making video:)💕💕
They all look great...try painted rice for embellishing your sweets....I put the rice in a bowl with a drop of paint and shake, let dry on parchment paper
DELICIOUS! Everything looks SO REAL!! It's extremely hard to pick just one favorite, but I'll go with the chocolate dipped strawberries. Yum! Your set up is so sweet Liz...pun intended. Bargain Bethany got me hooked on faux treats too. I still want to try my hand at making some faux cakes. The brown silicone caulk works great as chocolate drizzle/drips & doesn't shrink or look dry as it dries. Very hard to decipher that it's not real chocolate or fudge. Thank you for all the yummy inspiration! And yes, a tutorial of real food treats would be great too!

I bet it was hard to keep Harvey’s little fingers out of that! And the glass plate is called a trivet ❤ your videos and crafts are better and better each time!👍👏🥰

I must say you make it look easy enough AND oh SO real to be fake. I hope to give it a try in the near future. Thanks for sharing yet another great video Liz! 🍓💕
Fast and Final is a great spackle to use for faux whipped cream. But I would continue to use the dollar tree spackle for ice cream dips since it's a little dryer. I've made faux Irish coffees, faux shakes and have learned which spackle is best to use for my projects. Depending on what I was making would determine which spackle I would use. Your sweet treats turned out wonderful. Great job.
Hey Liz, I think I found one of your videos last year. Had you just moved and still had boxes around you, two weeks in? Anyway, I really like these faux sweets and you did a fabulous job. Not bad at all for stepping out of your comfort zone! I love the doughnuts and the colorful hearts. Thank you, for these great ideas. I noticed great tips in the comments too. Back to more vids.

I think the glass piece is called a trivet. And you’re correct hot pots go on it so it doesn’t burn the surface
