Now I'd like to see harstem cast the first two games in "is it IMBA or do I suck"
The only thing imba about the second match is how long Harstem was able to hang on, 100% thanks to battery overcharge! Ok, half kidding, he played it well, but the overcharge just felt so absurdly clutch!

@@Amoeby it used to be, now it's pretty much just good in defends and even then, you need like 8 queens to keep units slightly alive against a strong push. Overcharge keeps a few units alive for a full 14 seconds. Also, if you transfuse to no energy, you can't inject and risk ending up unable to morph in units..
All in all, transfuse is about equivalent to shield battery. Shield doesn't take supply, queen is mobile if on creep. Overcharge is op.

@@inflatablewolfie overcharge is op for sure, but it has to be or Protoss would fall so hard to a lot of aggression plays.
Meomaika is such a sweetheart. He gave me tips after I barely lost a zvz against him. Definitely a frustrating player to play against, but I'm always rooting for him.
I played against him a few years ago. Messaged him not knowing who he was because I wanted to learn from a grandmaster. He accepted my friend request. I told him I wanted to become master's one day and he said he'd be waiting so we could play together. Super nice dude. For context I was playing as zerg and just gold 2 lol
Re Creep: What Meomaika's calculated is that the Queen energy is needed for larvae. If he makes an extra queen it slows down the attack. Overlord poop is enough to connect the bases. Brilliant.
haha yeep! His style isn't one to get small little bits of efficiency that build over time, he's trying to stab you as hard and fast as possible!

I'm very happy to see this playstyle come out it's been a favorite of mine for some time. I understand though how it can be stressful to deal with and cheese used to be early aggression. it's a legitimate strategy!

those are some of the most painful disruptor shots i've ever seen
Shield batteries are really OP in pvz... you can more easily use shield batteries offensively now than zerg can use queens offensively. Because just to get creep on the other side of the map you need lair tech, for toss you only need cyber which is always a part of your early game build.

WTAF? JUST WATCHED 1ST GAME, HARSTEN WAS OVER 20 WORKERS UP AND HAD JUST COMPLETELY SHUTDOWN MEO'S ATTACK. I'M EXPECTING MEO TO SURRENDER ANY SECOND. MY HOUSEMATE SPEAKS TO ME FOR A FEW SECONDS AND WHEN I LOOK BACK HARSTEN IS ON THE BACK FOOT AND SUDDENLY DEFEATED BY A RANDOM HYDRA BALL. SERIOUSLY WTF JUST HAPPENED? AND IS HARSTEN ALSO WONDERING THE SAME?

Love seeing hydras put in that heavy work in Game 1. Too many pro Zergs just skip hydras or refuse to play them (Scarlett) and get owned repeatedly by things like archon/immortal (which mass hydras can crush) as a result.

Meo making the same things every game didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out a good counter. That last game could have been an easy win if he went muta ling very heavily -- almost nothing to counter muta (void ray aren't great at handling muta)

It only looks overpowered when used correctly. Harstem is just one of the best in the world with disruptors. I'd say easily top three.
For most people, it's not nearly as effective. You can't say a unit is overpowered if it takes a great deal of skill to use effectively.
@@TrueThanny Yeah, watching his 1-man army videos makes it clear just how effective they are in his hands. It looks broken because he's able to get such accurate shots, stagger them, bait people into them, etc. It takes really high level micro skills to pull that off.

All i see is a n00b who cheeses every game, cuz he refuses to learn howto play properly. He cuts corners to go as fast as possible, but its obvious he literally rellies fully on it, disregarding the most important aspect of ANY rts. MACRO.

stfu braindead, zerg is the weakest race, so what should he do ? Politely wait for his opponent to max out to finally attack ? Keep your two digits IQ for yourself. Meo is lazy and right to be. What's the point for zergs to sweat their @ss off in long macro games only to end up being steamrolled by deathballs cause your untis are garbage ? He wanna win in the early stages while zerg is still viable cause after it just becomes imba, mechanically too demanding and rarely rewarding, which is just not worth it when you have a brain and a life
