I made a drum cover for the song "Dead Souls" covered by Nine Inch Nails (Originally written by Joy Division).
~My apologies for the video quality and lack of sound. I had a couple mics recording and it sounded like shit when layered it over the original track...

Looks good but you keep missing the flam on the middle tom every 2 bars on verse.

I do hope you are not a drum tutor mate. The criticism should be...now he has learnt the song...what will he do to make it his. This is lovely to play but only if you make it your own style. Modern college taught drummers are becoming styleless. This is just nearly copying the recording. Freese, Dillon and Rubin ALL play this slightly differently. The rhythm is spot on but a song also has a pulse. That is key. Where is the pulling out of the drums instead of just hitting them tepidly? Practise always works...which is the first key to getting THE key!
