My dear, you are doing great . It’s never easy taking care of a kid in the abroad. You have to cope with depression, it’s very easy to lose yourself and not having help is the hardest thing. Just imagine how single moms are coping , it’s never easy but it will get easier when he gets older and more independent. Just encourage yourself , use a child minder if you can afford it even if it’s just for you to sleep the whole day , it will help your sanity , I am speaking from experience. Like it’s been real real. I used to be scared of seeking or asking for ho but learning to right now. Had a stint with depression and am aware of what I need to know to avoid feeling that way again. It’s getting batter but one step at a time! Thanks dear
My dear motherhood is not a joke. Everything you are feeling is normal and you are not alone. Always take a deep breath and reassure yourself. Anytime you are tired and don't feel like doing anything just let yourself be. Even if the whole house is a mess, leave it like that, it's your house and no one else. Just make sure your baby is okay. Introduce him to cartoons it will help you too. Also practice planning. You plan your day, week and even month. It will help you remain focused. You are a great mum and you are doing a great job.
