Hi Brain, just a need ur help to get a rough idea how to accomplish the following scenario. If i create a person account in saleforce it should automatically create a person account folder in sharepoint too. Could you please advise on the steps to achieve this?

You'll most likely need to use Zapier or Make for that unless there is another integration out there. Have you looked into those two tools?

ir the record type for the person account is managed from the Account object, why there is an option to create a record type from the person account. What is the difference? creating from Account and Person Account.

Hey there. Because Person Accounts are a contact record and an account record fused together, they're kind of their own thing. Salesforce gives you the ability to create Person Account Record Types if needed and almost treats it like its own object. You're right though, it's essentially a sub record type of a record type.
