BRS did a video on this meter they found it to be a good par meter. I bought it for the same reason. It also could vary if you have your hand tilted some
That stick comes in handy all the time and it was under 10 dollars. I usually show my face in product reviews but not in tank updates. Not sure why but thanx ms. resa

There's only 1 Dave's nano Tanks!!! Looked like your part was ok in some spots but seemed as you moved toward the computer the par monitor moved as well and the numbers jumped. Hit 350+ in your hot spot
You didn't say what light you was testing? My buddy tested his par reading with the same one your using and a much more expensive one and the seneye gave a complete diffrent reading to the other one he used so I wouldn't go 100% with the reading your getting as they just give you a "rough" idea
Dave's Nano Tanks ohh yes I now remember what lights u had lol and no mate you must of forgot to mention it, probably because you had a new toy and wanted to play with it hahaha but yh there not as accurate as you want it to be unfortunately I was with my buddy who lives near me when he done his testing and I was actually really shocked on the difference. There's one other way you could do it..... BRS did a testing on the aqua mars with a par meter, watch that one and then look at your results
I could never get par meter to work! I bought 2020 model and it seems i had a big problem logg in in as well. as memory recalls dashboard didint seem to be right. I have no idea what all came with it and a big box of old reef gear LOL. What else comes with it besides the moniter and suction cup? Great idea o the DYI wand! Please help me. My program got stuck on LPs for a while and I think its to strong but need a par meter for sure to try to figure out a program equivalent! My old corals adapted but seems i had a few losses but new corals even on sand bed arent doing so great!

Hi. I just bought a preowned seneye monitor but i have not activated my slide. Would like to ask for Par reading so i need to put a slide in or i can just use it without the slide?

I have never installed the slide in mine. You will need the app to make it work and I believe you need to register the app.
