An idea for the next videos can be to compare the same session performed with Rekordbox and Traktor and Serato.

If one would fully use the capabilities of each software it would be impossible.
Each of them can somethings that others can't do.
For example:
Serato has the "flip" feauture. And no, it is not the same as Rekordbox's "sequence"
If Jamey would perform a mix exactly in a same way in all three by not using the specialities, what would be the point of the comparison?
Or do you mean a video with: how to do XY (for example looping) in the three main dj software products?
Nah, those normal feautures are easy to use and are good documented, man.
I'd like a video about speakers for home djing.
And i am speaking of just djing, NOT producing.
With concrete speakers models, please!! And with speakers avaible outside US.
There are so many opionions about it:
- HiFi speakers
- Monitor / studio speakers (5"? 5" and a sub? more "?)
- some pa speakers
- and so on

I really like that transition fading out of the accapella at the beginning, I never would of thought of that. Seemed like a heavy delay but you didn't have one on there, so how'd that work?

interesting as lots ppl still prefer traktor s2 or s4 over the new hybrid updates s5 s8 mostly because of jog dials, think you could see revision update soon or later on s5 or s8 mk 2 to compete with pioneer etc

I have this controller but haven't fully used it yet, need a computer.. anyone know how i can hook it up to anything else just so i can dj properly?

Not a DJ (yet) just learning....at marker 00:25 I see that the dj activated a cue but the deck 1 volume level is all the way at 0. I don't understand how we were able to hear the track without the level

Ahhhh all this talk about traktor made you start thinking about your traktor gear just like myself. Lol bro I have an s4, two d2's and two f1's and they stopped selling the d2's WTH lol. Love traktor but having a blast with these 2 sc5000s I just got. Great job on the mix. They should update and come out with gear more often. Traktor has fell off I think it may a little too late for them
If you have f1 your lucky. Having it sequencers better than dj808 by serato.
Traktor 3 and new Hardware end of the year... Watch out
Traktor may have fallen off for the masses, but it's still used by some of the best DJs.....Andy C, Carl Cox, Dj Craze
@@Selecta360 oh for sure. I still love it too. Their controllers are super high quality. That's why the s4 is $600. It's worth it
agree the s5 or s8 didn't do well mostly because of no jog dials , I think your see update on them end of the year at some stage , but I can't fault their DVS system its better then serato or pioneer, just check out DJ Andy C on that, many ex turntable vinyl DJs will use their DVS because it works better with technics SL turntables, traktor scratch pro is very accurate on DVS like real vinyl
Still rocking my Hercules rmx, Launchpad, minilab as sequencers of traktor. Still better.
