- Blato Zlato's debut music video, Miatalo Lenche Iabalka ("Lenche Tossed an Apple"), produced by the New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC) and funded by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.
Miatalo Lenche Iabalka is a humorous Bulgarian folk tale off Blato Zlato's debut album, "Swamp Gold." It tells the story of a girl named Lenche who throws an apple into the air and declares that whoever catches it is the person she will marry. Her plan goes awry when the wrong man catches the apple. Blato Zlato's six band members enact all the parts of the story.
"Swamp Gold" (2017) can be found at blatozlato.com and on Bandcamp, CDBaby, iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, and other major digital music platforms, as well as local New Orleans record stores.
