The voice switch sounds like it might be changing the LFO waveform - down sounds like sine, up maybe triangle or square. Around 3'50" you hit a setting where there is a difference, but not for long enough to really tell. Nice video, I've got a couple of this Mosky M-range now, and really like them
Great chorus, as mentioned on here before, having the really slow speeds is as useful as the warp speeds. This has a good depth, which will help prevent the effect being lost, when you slow it down. For me I'd like a stereo version, but as its aimed at guitarists, and a certain price point, it does what it supposed to do.

What is your favorite pedal in the M Series line?
I'm not entirely sure but the voice switch might be some sort of filter? The up position sounded just slightly more noisy to me.
