You need something to hang your hat on, because if it doesn't work out we aren't bringing in another manager who plays close to the same system, we'd have to rebuild half the squad again. I think we'll bring in a couple of young players, limp on to the end of the season and then make another change if things don't improve. And if his flip out was as bad as some are reporting, then they have an excuse to sack him for free.

He's not good at football and his game has not improved since his debut. He struggles with technical fundamentals and in game intelligence. Regularly running the ball of the pitch, missing open goals and his shots to goal conversion is pitiful. If you can't see how limited his game is that's on you....
