Have the same issue with my gf’s jeep wrangler. The hardware pops off. I couldn’t figure out why it made this noise until I noticed they were gone and replaced them and then the noise came back and they were gone again so I’m about to use some kind of JB weld to hold them on. I don’t know last resort I guess.
Wow thank you for first demonstrating the sound. You are awesome! Is this problem detrimental (like needs to be taken care of immediately)? Was your wheel wobbly at all?
Hey Casey. I have the same Dynatrac brake set up. My clips take a beating too, I have 37’s. Probably lots of vibration. Question… I thought you were supposed to “lube “!the slot in the clip. I use some copper anti cease there. Is that blue anti squeak stuff sticky? Or slippery? Do I have that wrong?
I’m getting a similar sound, but only when I slow down. Checked and replaced all four brakes and rotors and still have the sound. Possibly my axel shafts?
I have this problem on the rear right. I guess it's missing some brake hardware. The places that fix brakes keep quoting my $250 to $500 to fix it. Insane.
Do you have any video of that noise? Mine is making a squeak noise briefly at slow speed when I turn my wheel to the right a little. Coming from passenger side
Why what cause a Jeep to squeal when going from park to reverse, or when going slow and braking? I’ve found a few people say it’s normal but can’t find anything solid.
wheezin_mtnbkr nah dawg I replaced the brakes clips and rotors, made sure everything was clean and added grease to every part that needed it. Still does it
Thank You Casey just shipped and moved to Hawaii, and last week the rear tire started chirping. Thank you for bringing peace of mind to the issue.
Awesome tip mate, definitely going to be doing this on my Jeep this weekend
That Jeep looks so bad ass! Love it 😍
OMG THATS THE EXACT SAME NOISE I HAVE OMG THANK YOU SIR
Thank you good sir, I now know what my weekend project will be🤙🏼

Did you find a solution. Mine is doing the same. As I slow down it makes a rocking chair sound.
Once I heard you say PRO-cess I knew you were Canadian c:

u have to use a never seize where it rides the clips that will inhibit travel not made for that part genius
Good advice, will try that fix.
Hey Casey, glad you are back.
Thanks @MSTrishRN

Did you figure out what it was ? Same prblem here a few months after bew oads and rotors its back
Hi 👋 this might be really dumb can you show a video of you charging the oil on the jeep? I want to learn more for my rubicon!
Amazing what a little soap and water will do.
How much will this cost me?!
My 2000 WJ does this!!! I can’t stand it! Makes me want to throw it out
Oh no, you are wrong. The Noise come from the Metall Clip. Use brake paste
How could I fix death wobble that’s just starting to begin
That is a huge question. It can occur from many sources that could be warn down, loose, improperly installed, or even bad tires.
Casey 250 thanks I’d keep that in mind!👍🏽

Did you find an answer to this?
J. Ward apparently they all do it
@@schoolboy405 I've heard of some guys not having the issue. What a crappy system
Mine does it. I have not done anything about it but I bet some fresh clips and grease would fix it.
