University should take the sole responsibility for this incident due to lack of security. These so called institutions will be strict about student's dress code and all, they ask students to follow stupid custom rules and regulations saying it for your good future only but the truth is they never cared about students at all! they just want to be a so called prestigious institutions by implementing so called customs to students. If they really care about students can't these institutions atleast provide basic security for students inside the campus?. They have become prestigious institution just by students efforts NOT BY MANAGEMENT!!. This incident reveals the inability of the management and they DON'T ACTUALLY CARE FOR STUDENTS!!!
