Michael is on a great trajectory. Defeating Kamil 3-0 is a big win. And he’s been very close in many other matches. He never gets flash pinned. I’m very excited to see his match against Genadi. That will be very telling. I’m really hoping he la back to form, fill open toproll, with CLIMBING and gaining hand control before transitioning to a press rather than starting with a press, bailing, and having to work his way out of an impossibly fucked position. He simply just needs to not start each round putting himself in a massive disadvantageous position and he’ll be ok.
